Kinda disappointed with this place. The agent that helped us mostly sat in silence while they worked and didn't ask us many questions. And at the end, I still had to go online to send my tax payment myself. I feel like I could have used Turbotax and gotten the same results for a lot less than $300.

Called, a lady answered, told her I would like to schedule an appointment to have my mom's taxes done, she said hold on. Transferred me to an answering machine where I left a message requesting an appointment for my mom probably mid to late March to please call me back to schedule. I called January 23rd......today is the 31st and I have not heard back.

I have used Williams Tax Service for about 20 years and here's why:First, Ms. Williams runs a class "A" accounting office. Yes, they do personal and business taxes but also payroll, LLC, Estate and Trust, Retirement Planning, Notary Public and more services. They will even provide IRS representation if needed, especially due to an audit.Second, the profile of this office is outstanding! Ms. Williams has 36 years of experience, yet keeps the business family run and operated. And other staff are highly knowledgeable and well trained. Lesha does my returns and I highly recommend her!Finally, the atmosphere is warm, helpful and personal. You'll quickly feel like part of the family rather than a number on a clipboard ?. They were even nice enough to come out to the car, get my paperwork and bring it back completed for signing due to CoVid19 precautions.Summary: There are many places that prepare taxes, but few with the finesse and personal touch of Williams Tax. Now located centrally in Summerville on West 5th North Street! ?️
