The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Tellers are very rude. Personal bankers are very rude. Don’t ever give them your business.

When you trying to cash a com data check or EFS check. They don’t believe your authorization code. They still calling to com data to authorize check again. Which is wasting time. Which is strange compare to other banks and truckstops.

I frequently visit Wells Fargo for job reasons, and Cameron is the G.O.A.T (greatest of all time) bank teller I've ever encountered. His customer service skills outshine everyone else's. Thank you Cameron ?

I called to make an appointment and a male banker told me I didn't need an appointment because what I needed only took a few minutes. I showed up within the hour and was told by banker Rosa that my wait would be 30-60 minutes! I told her a man told me it would take a few minutes, that I had asked to make an appointment and he said I didn't need one, that I didn't have more than 30 minutes, and her response was to say he was busy with clients (as if I wasn't a client!) but she would check on the wait time. About 15 minutes later I asked the teller where Rosa had gone because she was supposed to let me know the actual wait time. She asked someone else to make sure and told me Rosa went to lunch! Another teller told me very condescendingly that the banker must have told me a few minutes because what I needed only took a few minutes but NOT that I only needed to wait a few minutes. I didn't bother asking her then why he said not to make an appointment. I just left.

I have always had pleasant customwr service at this location and no issues with my many many transactions here. My only issue is this is the only branch in this area of town. It is always busy and they always seem understaffed. They have all the drive thru lanes open and only one teller. Even a simple deposit can take 20 minutes or more.

Was not happy with the service from the manager working at a counter. My husband went to cash a check with both of our names and couldn't with out me present. I had to get a ride up to him. And under our nations virus safety guidelines, I have a small respirator condition and panic with a mask on so I don't leave my home. And to be told after I get up to the bank sorry you both need 2 forms of ID because we weren't members to cash a Gov. check, which we need to stay in our home. You'd think there would be some kind compromise. I did tell the lady, don't remember her name, that it took everything I had to get up there. So now we have to wait couple of days to get our money. I hope this doesn't happen to another non-member customer trying to make it through these hard times. Just because you don't here it on the news, there are people struggling to just keep what they have and nobody cares and y'all are another non-caring company. Have a great day.
