I ve been a customer for years I was satisfied until recently at this location it has gone downhill turned to the projects atmosphere service horrible this location closer to me but go to bacons bridge location most of the time now wait times horrible attitudes horrible they changed a lot of there employees at this location and it shows I took most of my money out of my account and put it in my other banks I actually thinking about closing my accounts at Wells Fargo for good because of this branch if this the type of atmosphere your bank has and your customer service this bad should you even be handling my money?

It's closer than the one that was on Bacon Bridge and Old Trolly roads or the one that was on Central Ave. To use the cash machines you have to go in the building. If you want to use the drive through it's in a whole different building.

Their drive-thru teller area is just about wide enough for a motorcycle but forget it if you have a full size car and there's no way if you have a truck.

Worst bank ever. Went in to see a bank officer, and I was told I needed an appointment. Soonest appointment 5 days. Sat in the drive thru 45 minutes with only 6 cars in line and 3 lanes open. Time to look for a bank that offers customer service ???

Had an appointment with a banker at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Showed up at 4:20, and all the bankers had left for the day already. Very unprofessional, and a waste of my time.

I don't see how the negative reviews are in any way justified. We have been using this branch for months and have never had to wait an excessive amount of time in line. The staff behind the counter has always been pleasant and efficient. This is a clean, safe, well managed branch for an excellent bank.

I showed up at this Branch with my daughter to open her first checking account. She had been highly anticipating this and the only opportunity we had was to drive there immediately after picking her up from school. When we walked in at 4:15 not a single person in line so we thought we were in great shape only to be told by the teller that there was not anyone there that could help us today and we would have to set an appt for another day. Meanwhile one lady was sitting in her office seemingly doing nothing and the other two service reps were each helping someone but no one else was waiting. So, they decided they were not going to give any effort to help make my daughters day and open her checking account. You would think opening up someone's first account and building a potential lifelong customer would have given them a little more sense of urgency. I left there completely disgusted with Wells Fargo and am seriously contemplating closing my account. One thing is for sure we will find another bank to open her first account with.

Lazy people working drive up teller. Refuse to fill out the form and just let you sign it. I’m sick and not trying to touch everything. Hence the drive up window.

I had to have a cashier’s check cancelled and re-issued as the car dealership lost the original. I was the second person in line when I arrived and it took TWO HOURS to get this taken care of, just the wait to start being helped was an hour. Everyone was very friendly and apologetic about it taking so long, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1, but the wait was just absolutely ridiculous when there was only one person ahead of me.

Older branch on Main Street with a weird layout because nobody uses the front door since the back door faces the parking lot. ATM has yet another door which is good for after hours. No smiles but getting a cashiers check was faster than the Wells Fargo bank I went to in California a few days ago. I was out in less than 10 minutes and I exited by the front door and of course nobody coming in or going out. In the absence of a better option will just have to keep coming back. Bank Notary does not do real property notarizations.

Aaron at this branch went above & beyond to help me out with business. All of the tellers immediately assisted Me & got me right to him. All very friendly & inviting. Many props to this office for making our experiences always pleasant. I know things have been rough for them, but they keep pushing through with smiles getting us taken care of!!! I appreciate all of you SO much!!! This branch is wonderful… BE patient y’all!!!

There were up to 11 people standing in line waiting on ONE teller... ONE!! after 20 mins there was a second brought out.This is unacceptable!

No inside ATM for withdrawals greater than the normal ATM limit so you are forced to wait in line to simply take cash out. But plenty of workers watching the line grow and the one teller working.Also still limiting the amount of people in the lobby and forcing masks where everywhere else is removing these policies for the vaccinated.
