I shop at this location all the time and spend a lot of money here. Today I went to pick up 3 packs of ramen soup and cookies. When I went to self checkout, I rang up 1 pack of soup, 3 times- you know, like a normal person, and finally the cookies. As I was bagging them up, an associate approached me and informed me that I didn't scan 2 packs of soup when it clearly showed up on my screen THREE TIMES. The associate then proceeded to re-watch the video of me scanning which showed exactly what I said. Maybe before your associate accuses people of shop lifting, yall should go back to having cashiers ringing up customers again....problem solved. The associate didn't even apologize. I won't be shopping here any more in the future.

First, it is my fault for using Walmart. They are notorious for bad customer service, and this location did not disappoint. Things are hectic, and I did the grocery pickup to save some time, never again. The phone goes to voicemail, so you can't let them know you are there to pick up your groceries. Someone in another spot finally managed to get through. When they delivered her groceries, I politely waited until the Walmart employee was finished and asked her to check me in. She mumbled and walked away. I get it; good help is hard to find, but the people working in this department are horrible.

You don't go to Walmart expecting great customer service but that's exactly what I got. The pharmacy staff was extremely nice, quick, helpful, and professional same with the self checkout staff.

Shop here all the time and went to return unopened cookies and unopened candy bars (bought them for an event and had forgotten to take them to the event so were no longer needed), without a receipt. I thought for sure I could just get store credit.. I wasn’t looking for the money back. Apparently not. Despite their policy saying you can exchange it, the staff claimed it had to be exchanged with the same item. That’s not what the policy says. Maybe it needs to be updated on their website.

The guy that brought my groceries out was great, it was even raining.
The person that bagged my groceries didn't bag my ceral bags or milk. I have a small child and need to take most of it in at one time.
I marked that I needed them bagged.

I like having a Walmart close by but it leaves so much more to be desired when shopping with it being only a grocery store. It does give you a cheaper option than the Publix that is also nearby.
