Heads up. The website said they did the COVID PCR test. I signed up for that test and went to my appointment for it to just be an antigen test. The pharmacist was nice but I totally wasted my time. Also, I didn't realize that your insurance doesn't cover these tests anymore. The website said $0 cost. Well, I was charged $19.99. I hope this helps someone because that is false advertising and I went there for nothing.

I dropped two prescriptions off and asked them to fill both of them. They only filled the one that was covered by my insurance when I clearly told them to fill both. Now I have to wait another couple of hours for them to fill the other one. & When I told the pharmacist or tech on the phone I told them to fill both to begin with, she completely disregarded what I said & said they are super busy. That has absolutely nothing to do with me telling you to fill both my prescriptions & you didn't.

Pharmacy Department extremely unprofessional. I waited for 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me at the counter. Then when I couldn't get my prescription due to an error (not mine) they said I had to call the other Walgreens to cancel it so they could fill it. I asked if they could call them since it was their error and they said no because they were busy helping other customers. As I said, no one else was there

pharmacist on duty was beyond rude disrespectful and incompetent . I'm never visiting this location again for anything. The store manager is aware of her behavior as this is not her first offense.

I have been going to another local Walgreens for years but switched to this one recently due to a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy at the other one. I called this one for help and they immediately answered and got the ball rolling on getting a RX transferred temporarily from a third Walgreens in the upstate for the month. I stuck with this one when I made photo Christmas cards online too and they were ready within 30-45 minutes. We were greeted at the front door when we arrived, which was a change, most of the time I don't see anyone when I'm walking into the other store. There was also someone to help get the cards right away. I'll definitely continue to use this Walgreens from now on. It's also a lot easier to get in and out of.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They take forever on everything, don’t pick up their phones ever, and just overall suck. Go to Publix instead, trust me!

absolutely incompetant pharmacy. They cant seem to get anything right. I go in to pickup scripts called by dr. day before, only has 1 and asks me what else i might like? Scripts called in on previous visit by hospital at 9 am went in to pick up at 1 was told come later b4 closing. All day for 2 sripts? Today the said dont have phone # on file, have been going to that pharmacy for 5 years. They seem to have my number when they call daily to remind me i have a script coming up for refill. Annoying. I will order my refill when needed on line. Hello cvs here I come with all of my and extended family scripts. Will be transferring all.

This store used to be my go-to pharmacy and neighborhood store, however their corporate office has apparently chosen to understaff the pharmacy, leaving customers in the lurch with inconsistent and reduced hours. It took me seven tries to catch them open to pick up a prescription recently. I'll be moving my business to Publix, not nearly as convenient but far more professional.

Visited this location to get a pre travel COVID-19 test. It has been four days with no results posted to their website yet. I landed in Germany this morning feeling sick. Would be nice to know if I had COVID-19 before I traveled. Attempted to call this particular location but no luck. Can only get through to a robot that informs me my test results have not been received by the lab.

The reason why I made the switch from CVS to WalGreens was promptness and customer service. Now they're struggling with the basics. Wish I had a pharmacy with quick service, hours on website matched their location, if cash only is accepted then post a sign so I don't wait 45 minutes in line for no reason.
