Wanda complaining very loudly in front of guest is not very welcoming. Yes the store was closing in two minutes and it’s unfortunate customers are running in to do a quick purchase, but that certainly is not the way to handle it. Close your doors at 9:57 if that’s the way you want to treat guest

I always enjoy going to Walgreens for all my purchases.

The reason why I made the switch from CVS to WalGreens was promptness and customer service. Now they're struggling with the basics. Wish I had a pharmacy with quick service, hours on website matched their location, if cash only is accepted then post a sign so I don't wait 45 minutes in line for no reason.
