A Disgusting lady called Marybeth works here, she is so rude, definitely not someone you want to ask for help, she wont do anything but raise her voice at you, when i asked for a manager she claimed to be one, after she could not solve my problem and yell at me and being rude she just told me to go back the next day because a store manager would be there, I hope she retires soon or she gets assigned to restock the shelves because customer service, or just threat people with respect is not her thing.

Place smell like armpit

Pharmacy personal are slow and rude specially the goth chick rude and unhelpful
Plus never have anything you are looking for they should close it

Hours are whatever they want now. Handwritten “We Closed” signs have plagued this place for the past few days. Staff is never helpful, and doesn’t seem to care what’s going on in the store. Shop elsewhere!

I can’t begin to describe my experience at this Walgreens. I was trying to get help printing photos. The person behind the desk at the photo counter was incompetent, rude, in a bad mood and very lippy (she didn’t stop talking back and continued talking in between her teeth) . I later found out that she is one of the store managers and her name was Octxyvia according to other staff member at the store. I do not recommend this store to anyone unless you are trying to ruin your day dealing with the rude manager. Walgreens, please do a better job hiring staff and not people that are not meant to work customer service. A store manager should lead my example and not provide bad service. If we have a manager like this, what is to be expected of everyone else working at the store??!

Had my doctor call in a script on Tuesday Morning for a anti-biotic and it is now Thursday and I still don't have it. I am so done with this location. Switch my pharmacy to Publix.

Horrid service and seem to thrive on finding ways to make customers inconvienced and frustrated. This used to be a wonderful store, but has gone downhill. The employees do not care about the customer and clearly hate their jobs.

45 mins on hold with one caller ahead of me for pharmacy. They werent going to answer, they dont answer. They are underpaid,overworked and dont care. Nothing surprising. Just dont waste your time like I did

Went here at 1am. this morning to use the restroom and do a little shopping for a few items I missed at Walmart when they closed. This location is SUPPOSED to be open 24 hours there was a sign on the door that said open at 7am.

Josh the pharmacist, he would not give me more information like a scared kid, threatened to fight me over the phone if I came to the location. The tech told me he was not very big :P, but I have seen a business allow an employee, let alone a doctor threaten a patient with physical threats. Please avoid this location unless you are looking for a gun fight, this kid might be crazy.

Josh ,the temp pharmacist, threatened to fight me because I was upset that my prescriptions from 4 weeks ago were not filled and I was upset. The most unprofessional staff in the area. I felt threatened by Josh and the teches "promised he would not shoot me". In this day and age I am not trying to risk my life on a medication with so many other options. PLEASE SAVE YOUR HEADACHE and go to a different in network pharmacy. Josh might be a psycopath and you could be shot.....

I really try to have a better viewpoint. Many times I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, with thinking these people are just overworked and tired and frustrated with dealing with the public and I get it. But time and time again, I have interactions where they seem to not care, they just hang up the phone without ending the call (like we are done and they just hang up, as if just saying "bye" is too much). This has been the case with multiple people that work there.Overall the service is subpar and I'm going to be finding another pharmacy.
