I was told they would order me a nebulizer n it would a few days because they cost around $69.95 from there with my insurance but they don’t know WHO SPOKE TO ME N TOOK MY PRESCRIPTION AT THE DROP OFF N PICK UP WINDOW. WTH AM ISUPPOSE TO DO ABOUT THIS ? Tell me please Remember I just got out of the hospital Wednesday! I had to take the prescription to them instead of the doctor at the hospital ordering it CRAXY

I have been going to another local Walgreens for years but switched to this one recently due to a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy at the other one. I called this one for help and they immediately answered and got the ball rolling on getting a RX transferred temporarily from a third Walgreens in the upstate for the month. I stuck with this one when I made photo Christmas cards online too and they were ready within 30-45 minutes. We were greeted at the front door when we arrived, which was a change, most of the time I don't see anyone when I'm walking into the other store. There was also someone to help get the cards right away. I'll definitely continue to use this Walgreens from now on. It's also a lot easier to get in and out of.

I wAs treated very badly by an employee in Walgreens Pharmacy named Lindsey. Her supervisor is Alicia and I plan to address it and talk to her supervisor. My biggest concern is if this girl treats others this way. So sad. She talked to me like I was a bother. I am from out of town. Very disappointed. She would not survive up north with that attitude. Walgreens is a pharmacy and needs to do better with serving the health care needs of its customers. This Walgreens is located on Dorchester Road in Summerville, SC.

absolutely incompetant pharmacy. They cant seem to get anything right. I go in to pickup scripts called by dr. day before, only has 1 and asks me what else i might like? Scripts called in on previous visit by hospital at 9 am went in to pick up at 1 was told come later b4 closing. All day for 2 sripts? Today the said dont have phone # on file, have been going to that pharmacy for 5 years. They seem to have my number when they call daily to remind me i have a script coming up for refill. Annoying. I will order my refill when needed on line. Hello cvs here I come with all of my and extended family scripts. Will be transferring all.

I had the worst customer service here! The ladies are RUDE \\u0026 will not answer questions. I went to the Walgreens on the corner of Ladson \\u0026 Dorchester and had a much more PLEASANT experience!! The employees here could benefit from a customer service course!!!

A few days ago I had an accident, not traffic and I had to go to an ER. The nice Doctor prescribed me antibiotics to prevent and infection on the rather medium wound. Was going to the Walgreens on Dorchester Rd and stopped here to see if we could get the prescription faster rather than travelling the extra 5 milesThey weren't too busy, not a large crowd or anything like that so I was hopping it would only be a few minutes, NOOO, the lady behind the counter said it would take an hour. It took an hour and 5 minutes for one lousy prescription. I guess it would take two or three hours when they are busyWill never stop here anymore, will keep driving to my favorite pharmacy on Dorchester Rd, I learned my lesson and I hope they can learn a lesson from the sister pharmacy

The staff were awesome and the place was very clean. Everything was easy to find and the young lady that was at the counter was going to talk to you even if you didn't want to talk to her LOL.

Walgreens on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a well managed Walgreens location that is a convenient and easy stop for all of your drug store essentials and pharmacy needs. I really like the location as it is in the middle of everything and has multiple entrances from different roads. The staff here is very accommodating and works hard to make sure that you have everything you need. This is one of the best Walgreens in the area.

The store is great but the Pharmacy is awful! This is the last time I use this pharmacy! They are habitually late. Everyone is mad including the staff and customers! The line in the drive thru is backed up as is the one inside. They need to hire more help! The two stars is for the store the -3 is for the pharmacy. I took away another star for having to sit and wait an hour while my husband is in pain after surgery and I have to witness sluts buying plan B.

I've been using this pharmacy for nearly 5 years. The pharmacist and their assistance are imho world class.
They go the extra mile to deliver your rx's on time even ahead of the time for pickup.
I'm greeted with my name and with a warm welcoming experience on every visit.
First class in every way.

I stopped in to pick up a couple of birthday cards. The store seems organized and clean and I did not have any trouble navigating my way through the store. I have not used the pharmacy at this location, so I can not speak for it. As for the store itself, that staff was friendly and I did not have issues with my shopping experience.

Went here for sale on the xtra detergent for .99 as I was putting a few in my cart I was told there was only 3 allowed per household. It doesn't state anywhere on the ad or the tag in the store that there's a limit. I told the lady this and she basically said they could tell us however many we were allowed to get. I think that was absolutely ridiculous. It wasn't like I was clearing the shelf or anything. So much false advertisement in this!!!!!
