Unless you want to get stuck in a new contract with the possible worst mobile provider in town, go to the competition...I had been a customer for over 16 years and finally cut the cord. Non existing customer service for existing customers, reception has been terrible, no benefits of staying with them.

Let's just say that when I upgraded my phone in 2022 I thought I could trust the person helping me at this store and I told him not to change anything on my plan. Ned just to upgrade the phone. Why I'm learning today that he removed my protection plan on my phones. And added a mobile mobile secure digital plan, which does not even cover the phones. So i'm disappointed That there was not trained in the device plans and cannot follow instructions. A specifically said do not change nothing on my account. Just upgrade the land he did more.

The sales representative I dealt with in December was incredibly misleading and deceitful. She stated my bill would be a much lower amount and that I would not have to pay activation fees. My bill showed up being more than some mortgage bills and when I called customer service, all I hear is that they are “authorized charges” and they’re sorry for the miscommunication. Blatant lies are not miscommunication issues. That’s an integrity and ethics issues. I should have stayed with T-Mobile.

Sitting here in the store being ignored by 3 employees.Spoke with one who passed me off to telephone rep. Told her I wanted to speak with a higher up. She told me I would be placed in the que again. Customers coming.and.going and here I still sit.Verizon is a rip off.

Renae was absolutely fantastic!! She made the experience very enjoyable! Me and my fiancé are very new the area, we came in to upgrade his phone and left with great deals! She gave us great information, and was overall a very sweet and fun person to talk too! If you go to this Verizon, we definitely recommend you ask for her! Best customer service we have received from a Verizon store hands down!

Turned in a phone to upgrade. It was suppose to be free. However the store conveniently “lost” the phone we turned in. Seems shady since I’ve now read other reviews that have had similar problems. Verizon said it would be fixed on the next billing cycle and it never was. And now saying we have to pay full price for the upgrade because they didn’t find the phone that was already returned. We have been up to the store again and have spoken to customer service multiple times and nothing has been resolved.

The best Verizon store with no doubt, came in today and they were awesome with me!!! They resolved my problem in no time and let me stay to update my phone and set it up, they were all very polite.

Long wait. Poor displays. Minimum inventory. Friendly, but clueless employees. I was able to get a new phone in any color I wanted as long as it was black. They were out of stock on both the charger box and the wireless charger pad. Better to shop online than go to this store.

Yall won't listen anywhere else, so maybe you'll listen here... laying off thousands of customer service reps & outsourcing is the shadiest move yall could make... the reason you lost 127,000 customers in your first quarter is because your service stinks since 5g rollout. How dirty to do this to these hard working people! We as customers are tired of paying more for less. My father & I have been with Verizon for over 20 years, but we will be leaving. Your Corporate Greed is showing. Shame on you. Taking jobs away from Americans and paying another country for cheaper labor. This is not how you fix your failures... roll back 5g ( it's poison anyway & you know it), stop overcharging when so many other companies have lower rates and do not outsource unless you want to lose many more customers.Signed,A very angry customer who is tired of Verizon not listening to or caring about our voices.#TMobileHereWeCome

I was misled by information in order to purchase a phone. After 3 hours in the store I realized a discrepancy which led to another. After everything was said and done I was refunded and told everything will go back to the way it was prior to but instead my discounts I had were gone and I was told there was nothing they could do although it was obviously the employee's mishap which was acknowledged. Verizon should do better to please their customers especially when their workers are at fault. Now I am left paying for his negligence, literally!!! By the time I left the store my bill was more than what it was prior to me walking in all because of their employee!How is that fair and how does that make any sense?

Switched to them in August and phone started messing up. Took it in and they said it needed to be replaced. They shipped a new one to my house and it came with a return shipping label and box. Dropped it at FedEx and then get a text from Verizon a week later saying that if I didn’t return the phone they would charge me $750 plus tax. Called customer service and they said it never made it to the warehouse. Talked to FedEx and they said the shipping label had an invalid tracking number. So call Verizon again and asked what was going to happen because they were the ones who gave me the shipping label. They said I was responsible and they would be charging me for the phone and I told them if they did I would switch carriers. They said “yeah I would too if that happened to me.” So I switched to T-Mobile and my service and coverage is better. Verizon has the worst customer service and their coverage is not what it used to be 10 years ago.
