Not very helpful in getting a phone plan. I used to have a 3 GB plan but they say Verizon only provides Unlimited Data.

I took my parents to Verizon to get a replacement phone , we were greeted by some amazing workers, and we had the best Specialist reg turvey , he was so friendly professional and helpful to my family , I thank you all , we will definitely be back , I highly recommend this location.

Arrived at store at 9 am was greeted at door and told wouldn't be open for 30 minutes. Got be better organized. I already sat 15 minutes before opening to get my business taken care of early. But now going to be late because had to wait while your employees are still getting ready to open. If yall can not open at correct time. Either open at a later time or get your employees in earlier.

Very unprofessional and very unorganized! Spent 3 hrs in the store with 3 different reps, one being the manger (who shouldn’t be one, she seemed very annoyed from the beginning to even talk to us and we didn’t even ask for anyone else or to speak with a manger) (there are multiple mangers there but not putting her name out there) the other two we’re on the verge line of rude because we wanted answers to why our bill is almost $240 for paid phones and 3 lines of service! Which to one was a watch. Not only were the rude. They were trying upsell me a phone while my husband would walk away. I had to tell them no 3 times! Now days later and they deleted a phone line completely! (I’m sure on purpose because they had to actually work and tell us why our bill way high. Not only that one rep said she was being charged herself a cra6 amount and Verizon doesn’t care bec it’s a big company) so, not only are their employees talking bad about Verizon but she as an employee even has a problem with them and she works for them!!? we’re beyond frustrated.
If this isn’t fixed today we’re going with a different company because they lost our trust and not only that but a long term customer.

Was in the store on March 30th to get my daughter a phone, was told I had a promotional on a S24+, phone was supposed to be free with activation of a new line. When I call customer service they tell me no such promotional exist. So now I'm stuck paying for a phone that was told would be free. Not to mention the service I received, the sales lady left us to go help other customers before the device was activated and working. Ended up having to leave and call customer service to finish getting the device set up. About time to switch to T-Mobile or AT&T I guess. Verizon has became a God damn joke

Unless you want to get stuck in a new contract with the possible worst mobile provider in town, go to the competition...I had been a customer for over 16 years and finally cut the cord. Non existing customer service for existing customers, reception has been terrible, no benefits of staying with them.

Let's just say that when I upgraded my phone in 2022 I thought I could trust the person helping me at this store and I told him not to change anything on my plan. Ned just to upgrade the phone. Why I'm learning today that he removed my protection plan on my phones. And added a mobile mobile secure digital plan, which does not even cover the phones. So i'm disappointed That there was not trained in the device plans and cannot follow instructions. A specifically said do not change nothing on my account. Just upgrade the land he did more.

The sales representative I dealt with in December was incredibly misleading and deceitful. She stated my bill would be a much lower amount and that I would not have to pay activation fees. My bill showed up being more than some mortgage bills and when I called customer service, all I hear is that they are “authorized charges” and they’re sorry for the miscommunication. Blatant lies are not miscommunication issues. That’s an integrity and ethics issues. I should have stayed with T-Mobile.

Sitting here in the store being ignored by 3 employees.Spoke with one who passed me off to telephone rep. Told her I wanted to speak with a higher up. She told me I would be placed in the que again. Customers coming.and.going and here I still sit.Verizon is a rip off.
