First, they held my package, claiming that I had requested they hold it 25 miles from where it should arrive. LIES!!! It was supposed to be here on Tuesday, and now it's Thursday. Then, they finally update the website to say it's coming today. BUT now they can't find it, but I'm being told to come pick it up. WHERE? Best part is I PAID FOR 2 DAY RUSH DELIVERY WHICH MAKES THIS 2 DAYS LATE. WORST PART IS IT'S MEDICATION FOR MY SICK PET. If he dies, I'm going to sue them!!!! When you call for an update, you get a phone center in INDIA.
Hey, UPS. Dont waste your Ai's time apologizing. Try using it to find my package.

If I could give zero stars I would. It is absolutely unbelievable that someone pays for express delivery on two packages and one makes it but the other doesn’t. They came from the same place at the same time. I call to find out what’s going on and I’m told that someone didn’t put the other package on the truck and it would be to me the next day between 4-8pm. I asked if I could pick it up, that was a no. I asked if I could be moved to a morning delivery, also a no. No options, nothing. I needed these packages for an urgent reason and for an appointment at 9am tomorrow. Thanks UPS for absolutely screwing me and providing zero options in response to your facilities error. ❤️

Their customer service sucks. The number listed also takes you to the call center, not the actual location, which makes it impossible to actually get answers on package coordination

A big man with long hair and glasses almost killed me on Farmington rd almost killed me just to let the 18 wheeler leave the ups warehouse. I tried to say something but he ignored me. He drove into the authorized personnel area. I again tried to get his attention. He kept ignoring. I went in and because I said something two other employees one older lady with blonde hair and glasses in particular try to hold me hostage. When all I was saying is to be careful and courteous of the traffic behind him. Well I was trying to leave because I wasn’t looking for a fight and this lady got in front of my car screaming at the top of her lungs call Nicki. I was simply saying t be careful. Now I feel the need to call corporate on this lady. All I was was a innocent bystander behind an employee who almost took my life. I have the right to say what I need to say especially if my life depender on it. My 7 yr old could of been in the car. I either want an apology from This lady who stood In front of my car holding me hostage or I will move mountains to have her terminated

I have been waiting on a package all day that requires a signature. Here it is 8:00 at night was suppose to be here between 10-12pm. Done missed a whole day worth of work and nobody can tell me when or where my package is! Between FedEx and UPS I don't know which one is worst. I'm not understanding why companies don't do like Amazon and do in house delivery

Great customer service and more affordable than the rip off UPS store in the Summerville Walmart plaza. They wanted to charge me double. I’ll be taking all my stuff straight to the Farmington Road location.
