The staff person there did nothing to help me with my u haul reservation I made online. Very poor customer service at this location. I do not recommend.

Made a reservation for a truck here online. Got there to pick up my truck and I was told it was not available. Went to another place to get a truck and asked about the guarantee that uhaul offers and they said you are guaranteed a truck but not necessarily the location you request it from. The woman running the place at the first place had no idea what was going on and I had to wait about 30 minutes for her coworker to call her and tell me that there was no truck for me. Keep in mind that there were several trucks sitting in the lot. Was not happy with the outcome.

Wellll, you have to jump through an amazing amount of hoops to pick up your rental before the office opens, but the rest of the process was super easy.

Can't even walk in to see what inventory they have. Have to have a reservation. Good luck trying to get a trailer out. Every location is super small and tight. We had to physically push the car trailer out then hook up to my truck.

I used the online service and it was easy. The truck was ready to go when I got there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is excellent. I will use them again in the future.

We reserved car puller had paperwork when we got there it was 75.00 more dollars than my paperwork said it would be had to wait for for 10 minutes before we even found this out I was very displeased
