I phoned triple A yesterday at Lowes food store in Summerville. SC. Unfortunately, learned my lesson of yes placing my purse in my car along with all the items I just purchased and I had been at 3 other stores prior to Lowe's food store final stop. Locked the keys in the car with my phone my triple A ID everything.I went into Lowe's food store Sandy was so great there and allowed me to use her phone to contact Triple A. Twisted Hook Towing and Recovery arrived within 30 minutes and Harvey was so courteous and costumer service was outstanding. I will definitely if I need them for any other reason, l would highly recommend them. Great job Harvey.

Harvey was extremely responsive and handled my tire situation very quickly and with great professionalism. Within 30 min of sending a request, he was not only there, but it was completely fixed, and I was all set to get back on the road. Very grateful.

William was the best!! Hands down best experience I’ve ever received form a tow truck driver or AAA. William called me within 1 minute of me making the claim, he was there within 20 minutes (AAA quoted me at an almost 2 hour wait). He was extremely helpful, polite, and personable. Thank you William for making a bad experience better! I wish all tow truck drivers were as cool as William was! 10 stars for William.

Mr. Harvey came to unlock my locked car and was very proficient in his work. He was quick and knew exactly where to go for my certain type of car. I would 10/10 recommend Mr.Harvey and twisted hook ! They get the job done right and fast!!

My wife and I caught a flat tire in Mount Pleasant on the way to our son’s dermatologist appointment!!! Twisted Hook was fast and efficient ! Got our spare tire on in 5 minutes literally !!! This is The best road side service I’ve experienced ! Harvey Was AMAZING

Tyler was an absolutely amazing. I was stress you know considering I broke down but Tyler came as fast as he could even answered some of my child like questions about his tow truck. Harvey made it all so simple! My car battery died and the latch to the hood was stuck. *Double whammy right* He used some quick thinking and ingenuity to open the hood. In a matter of 30 minutes he tested the battery, replaced it, and took my payment. His service and attention to detail are top tier. Thank you!!! Rick was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my issue was. My battery terminal was heavily corroded and my small jump box didn’t have enough juice to jump. After jumping my car with his jump box, he offered to follow me to the nearest auto parts store where he then picked out the replacement terminal I needed for my battery. By the time I finished paying for the part, Rick had his tools out and replaced it for me on the spot. My car started up right away and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received today. Rick saved me a lot of time, headache and money. Thank you!

My grandson and I had the pleasure of meeting Harvey today when I had a battery issue. Upon arrival, he promptly introduced himself and immediately determined the solution. Harvey came out to check our truck, which was dead in the driveway. He ran a quick battery test and then replaced the battery. The replacement and paperwork took about 20 minutes.Harvey was very friendly and professional. He called when he was on his way and also called when he had arrived. I want to personally thank Dustin for his prompt service today! He arrived and unlocked my car within 5 minutes! I was especially grateful as my car was running with the ac on. The purse, phone and keys were inside. What a wonderful employee!
