There is one guy at the parts counter up front that acts like he really doesn’t have time to help you. Other than that one guy that place is great. They are very helpful. Especially the employees in the service department. They are always willing to help and offer great advice but leave the decision up to the customer.

Parts guy i wish i knew his name had attitude because I came in at 5:50 to spend money with them bad customer service thanks to the lady at front desk because if it was up to him i wouldn’t got my part y’all close at 6:00 NOT 5:50 YALL WONT GET ANOTHER DOLLAR FROM ME NOW I SEE Y NOBODY LKES TO SPEND MONEY THERE!!!

Mr. Johnathan Powers has very bad customer service skills. My air line broke his crew supposedly had fixed it. I Had to get re-towed to a different facility the next day. Excel dealership said the problem was a workmanship thing.Mr Powers was not willing to help me out at all on the bill. Personally had to go over his head to get any assistance. Mr Powers has a horrible attitude problem and does not understand how a paying customer should be treated or talked to.

They are worth a half a star. Had a bat to the was dated 6/23 . Went dead. Charge it on a slow charge for 48 + hours. Had advance test it and it showed 250 cold crank amps. Took to store and they tested it said it had 725 which I knew was wrong. Anyway buyer be ware. Phill Phillips

I visited four locations looking for a fuel cap. Every cap was either too big, or the treads didn't catch. We got the glass slipper fit here.

Cannot begin to describe the service and personel at Velocity. First, Kim, the office manager, is as sweet as the come. Not only did she help locate a hotel room for me, but she also gave me a ride. John, the shop foreman, was humorous and gave me acomplete breakdown of what was needed to get my truck on the road. Parts had to be ordered from 2 different states, and turnaround estimated at 8 days. However, the job was completed in just 3 days and came in lower than the original estimate. Mike and DJ in service kept me updated on repairs. If you need repairs, with fast, courteous, and professional results , this is where you take your truck. They definitely won me over as a customer. Thanks again to all the staff.

Wow.. These guys charged me $4200 to repair my air condition. When I pulled out they charged me $330 for diagnosis. Be warned.
