We love the sunshine house on Travelers Blvd in Summerville. Mrs Fran and her staff all have done a wonderful job to try to take good care of both of our children and treat them like their own. Not only is it a safe environment but my children have succeeded in developmental milestones and they have a lot to do with it :) the teachers take the time to have fun, engaged and educational activities that the my childrenenjoy.

My daughter absolutely love them all, they have had her since she was about 6 weeks old and she is one ! They are great anytime I call they answer and I get updated pictures and they let me know what she is doing at all time ! They are great I can’t stress that enough !!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️?

First off I want to start by saying thank you to Mrs.Carolyn and Mrs.Heather for the care that they’ve provided to my son. My son has been at Sunshine house since he’s been 6 months old and as we know staffing is hard every where especially for child care facilities. With the inability to keep classrooms staffed allows for employees to get away with pretty much anything at this facility but we have to draw the line somewhere. Some things should be grounds for termination. The lack of empathy that was displayed after informing the daycare director and assistant director that his teacher Jailah had him OUTSIDE in the COLD with a FEVER WITHOUT a jacket (IT GETS WORSE) laying down on the cold cement ground while she casually scrolls on her phone (like she always does) is ashame. I also shared with the director and assistant director that I came to the daycare on 1/24 and she had another child laying on the ground in the cold with a fever as well. Once is a mistake twice is a choice. Even after contacting the director and assistant director asking if my son could be temporarily moved to another classroom because I was uncomfortable with him being in her care , they NEVER contacted me back as if they didn’t even care and when my fiancé took our son to school the assistant director stated they couldn’t do that. If you want your kids safe and in quality care don’t let them go to a facility that hires pretty much ANYBODY with a clear background. Go somewhere else. There are a few teachers here that are passionate about children but the bad outweighs the good . After taking my son to the doctor after leaving the school from being on the cold ground he was diagnosed with pneumonia and I’m sure that played a part in it. It’s no telling how many days they have let him outside in freezing weather without a jacket. I’m disgusted, hurt and angry at how this situation was handled. When you work with kids it is more about them than you, you should be passionate and full of energy.

Horrible communication. I have been waiting since my son was 2 years old for him to have a spot in their program. Every time I call I am told a different story. The most recent lie was that as soon as kindergarten starts that my son would have a place in their 3 year old program (keep in mind I started this process when he was 2, he is going to be 4 soon). Kindergarten started 3 days ago and what do you know, they don't have any available spots in their 3 year old program. This school is a joke and I would HIGHLY recommend not wasting your time with them.

Amazing, Thoughtful, Loving, The Best of the Best in the Low Country!!! is how I Describe this Facility and its Staff From the Director to the teachers i had my child in this facility since she was 3 months old and she absolutely loved her teachers and director everyone in that building is incredible if you are looking for a place that will treat your child fairly and as their own this is it!!!Special Shout out to Ms. Fran Director, Ms. Rachell Assistant director, Ms. Heather and Ms. Carolineyou all made an impact on my family and my child thank you!! it will be hard to find a facility with the this type of staff, Your facility and staff are my expectations now, you are the bar any other child care provider will need to meet for me to feel comfortable to leave Audrey with.

We are new to the area and I have been so pleased with the progress my 4 yo has made academically and socially since transferring to the Sunshine House. The teachers are amazing and really do a great job of teaching through play which is so important at this age. I couldn't be happier with our time here!

This center has been an absolute joy to work at for last 5 years. Our teachers put their heart and soul into everyday and we love each child has one of our own. It has been my pleasure to work for this childcare company for last 28 years!!!

Sunshine house has made my days go by easier knowing that my daughter is in good hands. Miss Fran and all of the staff have been very welcoming and caring from the start. I highly recommend this center location if you are looking for childcare.

I went here when I was younger and my lil brother did too and now my lil sister goes here and she's been going here for 2 years. They are always so nice to my family and others. The teachers have become family to us! We love them!❤️ Santa Family

I am so happy to have a wonderful daycare right by my house. They take such amazing care of my daughter who used to hate going to her old daycare. I switched to Sunshine House and now she asks me everyone morning to go see her favorite teacher Mrs. Kara. Everyone is so friendly and my daughter adores the entire staff. We love it so much we decided to send her to Kindergarten here as well as enroll our 2 year old when they start accepting more kids ?. I don’t know what I would do without them!

We love Sunshine House. They take great care of our boys! The teachers are caring and the directors are awesome. They are eager to ensure that parents feel comfortable and will make adjustments to individualize care as needed. As a parent it makes you feel good when your child wants to go to daycare and always has good things to tell you at the end of the day. Thanks everyone!

This sunshine house has been apart of our family for over 9 years. I have really enjoyed being apart of the Sunshine family. The staff is great. The teachers really take apart in the children. I'm excited to be spending a few more years with everyone. We have so many memories with you guys and I wouldn't have it any other way ! :) Thank you for all you do and have done!

I can not say enough about how amazing the Sunshine House is!!!! They truly care about each child as if they were their own. Our family will always give thanks to the wonderful teachers and administrators for all the help and encouragement they give to my daughter and to my husband and I. Thank you for all you do!

We absolutely love sunshine house. They take great care of our 2 year old and 5 month old. They are safe and happy. We wouldn't go anywhere else and would definitely recommend this daycare to anyone.
