Definitely a large selection of snacks and cell phone accessories here and drink machine is extremely nice! Restrooms are located on the other side of the store next to the back entrance! Restrooms were clean and stocked. Slushy machine was out of order the last 3 times I’ve been here but they have a large selection of different brews of coffee but also wasn’t available. Very busy location for sure and lines were a bit long but it’s okay I didn’t mind waiting at all clerks were very helpful and polite and always are when I’m there. Lots of gas pumps which is great and they also have air pump and vacuum located on side!

I'm giving three stars because my family were regulars for years. We have had a great overall experience at 7-Eleven, it's clean and well kept. However, I will never be coming back due to an employee lashing out at my friend. After she cussed at my friend and told us she didn't have to serve us, I took my friend back to the car. I went back inside and asked for her name or for a supervisor's number, and she told me she would call the police if I didn't leave. So I left; this is absolutely unacceptable behavior. My friend said nothing to offend her, for he was talking to me about the things he was buying. This happened in 2021 on the day before Thanksgiving, evening shift, her description is a 5'5 redhead white woman. She refused to give me her name when I asked, and I called the store's number to ask for her name or a supervisor, but they kept hanging up on me once they realized it was me. I reached out to non-emergency police and 7-11 customer complaints afterward to see what I could do, but nothing came of it. Very unprofessional use of the phones by the staff there at the time of the shift. I sincerely hope she doesn't work there anymore, and I refuse to give this place business ever again. Ive never had to deal with the police before, so this threat felt extremely serious to me. I don't want the cops called on me if I just want some snacks. I know other businesses practice more effective professionalism, and I hope that can change for this business too.

I was purchasing two containers of beverages and a 10lb bag of ice. EVERY. SINGLE. EMPLOYEE offered to help me (I' m a toughy and didn't need assistance) but when I walked outside and another employee on her break tried to help me, I was really blown away. When your people are so kind that they offer to help a customer while on their break, it really says something. Everyone really was so nice. You are all doing a great job! * Was there on Tuesday around 4pm 10/12/21

This location at Corner of Dorchester and Parlor Rd stays busy and can be hard to get in and out. Other than that it's a nice place to run in quick. Its usually pretty well stocked and clean. All of the employees I've encountered have always been pleasant and eager to help with whatever needed. The last time I was there for gas several of the pumps were unavailable for use. The fuel dispensers had yellow bags over them which usually means out of gas. Then one that was available the card reader wouldn't work at all. Had to move to another pump but card did work that time so I was able to fill up. This isn't the norm and every business is going to have an off day from time to time.

Card readers at pumps often won't work properly.\ Finding another service station to get gas from now on. Not pleased.

The Customer service use to be impeccable, however in the last 6 Months it has completely fallen. There are two employees that I give props to. Two young men who work mostly nights. Chas is and the other one that could be Chas' twin. You guys are awesome!!!
