Today me and my two kids came through to get our shopping drinks as we usually do during our target trip. We experienced the worst hospitality/compassion. My toddler asked to hold the Christmas rubber duck while I ordered our drinks. But instead one of the girls behind the counter came over and told her she could not hold the rubber duck that was on the counter. Not even for a second. Was she kind about it? Absolutely not. It’s Christmas time, as a busy parent it would’ve be so nice to be able to order my drinks without a screaming child who did not understand why she couldn’t hold a bath time rubber duck for just a moment. I don’t need to point names. That lady and all the other ladies who watched her showed there true colors. I’ll be ordering my drinks at a different Starbucks from here on.

Honestly, I would leave no stars if I could. Whoever the young lady with glasses, ponytail and tattoos is who was answering questions about dairy does not need to work with public. Rude is an understatement. It felt like it was a problem my child had a dairy allergy and I was asking questions. She did not make us feel welcome to be there at all. It was almost awkward she was so rude and bothered just by questions because of an ALLERGY

Please teach your employees kindness.I was there this morning with my son & husband, and while standing in line, one of your employees was walking out from the back, and she stopped dead in front of me staring me down to “move out of her way” when she literally could’ve went around me. There was plenty of space between us but instead she just stood there staring at me to move out of her way. She had glasses and a ponytail & tattoos. I don’t know her name.

Waiting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes before finally going inside as my Husband stayed in the drive thru waiting. The staff wasn’t friendly and was side tracked. After waiting to be acknowledged at the counter I ordered the new Pineapple Refresher to be told “yeah, we don’t have the stuff to make that”. Why advertise something you don’t have?I returned to the car in the drive thru which still hadn’t moved from the same spot prior to going inside.

This is my first time back since they reopened and I was very disappointed. The barista left a 2 inch gap in my cup. Given the cost of the drink that's almost a dollar's worth. I don't feel like I should have to open my cup in the store to ensure a reasonable amount of liquid for my beverage.

Ordered a trenta, sticker says Tr, paid for a trenta, got a grande. Also was told peach is discontinued but they somehow made it. It’s a magical place here at Starbucks.

Coffee was good as always but customer service was horrible. The barista was very rude and yelled after asking what size coffee was needed. The line was long and they where busy but, that is no excuse to treat customers poorly!!

Posting this because the staff at this Starbucks is the best! I believe the guys name was James. They were pretty busy when I was in there and forgot to give us something we ordered but when it was brought to their attention, James made it right and had the best attitude about it! I will return to this Starbucks because of him! Give that man a raise!
