Horrible. The women who was helping me had an attitude with me as I asked for different prices multiple times to be sure I knew what I was paying for. Told me I was eligible for a trade-in and we looked at different plans for 20 min then decides my phone has to many "scratches" to be accepted. Waste of my time not nice people. Go to Bacons Bridge Road Location for some real help.

I switched over from Verizon because I was promised several promotions to include $400 port credits and a free third line. After switching over, I’ve been contacted by T-Mobile to cancel my third line due to being ineligible for the promotion on a military line and my port credit have been denied twice after 3 months of spending countless hours on the phone with customer service. This location needs to be educated on their promotions before promising prices that I’m not receiving and now I’m unable to switch back to Verizon. Extremely frustrated and disappointed.

I've been a T-mobile customer for good minute by far this is the worst customer service at any store I have visited, no signs of leadership and seems like is more important for staff to discuss the latest gossip before attending the customer.

I came in the store on May 18 to buy A iPhone 14 and I wanted to just pay for the phone because I didn’t want to make any payments on the phone , I was told from the girl that I would get 400 off on the new phone trading in a old phone and I paid cash for the $529 difference . I get my first phone bill and instead of paying $55 a month which I was told I have to pay $ 78 because the girl was new and didn’t do the contract correct , and I was told there nothing they can do because I would have had to come back within 14 days after purchasing the phone well I didn’t know there was a problem until I received my first bill . This is such poor customer service . The girl who made the mistake felt bad but the other person said there nothing we can do . Once I get past this I will never use T-Mobile again .very shady

So i understand My phone was dead in order to try and see what I can do to fix my phones. Wasn't for sure If I want to purchase another one or come back and have it charge. But the lady behind the counter didnt seem like she was interested in make a commision or to be at work today. So I left because instead of saying to come back she proceed to go to the back and have conversation with anoher employee cracking jokes. For me to hear. I will share

They lied. A LOT! Run…. Go to a real corporate TMobile store. They lie and once you get your bill it’s much higher than they quoted!

I had an Extremely nice experience at this T-Mobile store. They are well staffed with employees so I was seen much sooner. I want to give give Thanks to Edwin & Devon they seemed eager to help me with my questions, they were very kind & didn't make me feel rushed. If I should have any further questions this will be the store that I come to. I wish other businesses would follow there practice on how to treat there customers!!!

Today, oh today!So me and my bf went in to get the new Samsung coming out in 3 daysAn older customer was about to LOSE his mind because he was having a crisis.The employee named Devon calmed him and another employee was so darling with this older gentlemanThe man named Devon who helped us and a lady who helped him find a certain defer option,...were AMAZING!!!!!The people who were there when we went in were so awesome. Super duper knowledgeable. Incredibly friendly and just fast and terrific!!!

Going here is always a royal pain. They never EVER have enough workers, they are impossibly slow and they have no way of determining who should be next. Be prepared to wait at LEAST 2 hours to talk to anyone.

On October 24th 2022 I went into T Mobile stone st at 9512 Dorchester rd St Summerviller SC Spoke to Devon about a promotion I traded my Samsung flip 3 in and was told I would get $800.00 for it . I was trading it in on a Samsung Fold z4 it was $1800.00 so I paid $810.44 I went to the store to get what i was told that should have been a credit for $800.00 and I have never received my credit. I was told they would expedite it to give it 72 hrs. I waited 3 weeks nothing happened. So i called T mobile they told me the same thing! Over and over.. To now three months still nothing has been done! T-Mobile Has spoken to Devon he told them Yes it was a promotion and I am owed the $800.00 and still nothing. It isn't a hard if just give me what i was told

Came in on Black Friday and was somewhat of a complicated customer, not intentional lol but the guys stayed late after closing just to help me get it taken care of! I appreciate their patience & help!! Nes, Devon, Reek & Gage were great!

Amazing customer service, Keyona got my grandmother switched over from family mobile and even though we had some hiccups (all family mobiles fault not theirs) she got it done and got grandmothers bill cut in half and a new phone!! Great environment and funny friendly staff!
