Very helpful and knowledgeable. Couldn't rent online due to an issue on my end so I had to call in. Pleasant experience. The place is clean and they have dollies on site for your use.

The facility was well maintained, accessibility was generous, staff were friendly. The main reason I left was because I moved out of the area. However, would have stayed longer if my rate had not increased so much. I understand operating costs increase over time, especially in our current economy. No problem with $10 to $15 occasionally, but the last increase was almost $60 in one month. With budgets already tight that was a bit excessive in my opinion. I have nothing personal against Sigma Self Storage, overall good experience. I wish them continued success in the future.

Clean storage facility. The best part is the in store personnel. Kristin was a pleasure and handled my needs very well. She was knowledgeable and nice! Amanda was also very helpful with all my questions! Great team these two are!!

They have been very helpful. I get deliveries a few times a year and they put the product in the storage units as soon as they get it. If I ever have a problem, they are right there to help!! I highly recommend Sigma Drive Storage in Summerville, SC

We showed up with a 26' Penski truck and a ton of stuff, Kristin was awesome. All our stuff is safe and sound and climate controlled. We are house shopping and can't wait to have it all in our new home. Oh, more importantly, last week we were contacted by Sigma and were told we didn't properly lock the unit!! I was in the Unit a week earlier and clearly didn't slide the lock over before padlocking it. I can't believe it, I was panicking!! Thank you so much for walking the building and obviously doing a great job eye balling everything. Highly recommend and we will aways mention it to anyone asking for a storage facility!!!! See you soon :)
