I ordered wide sandals, well they are not wide, they are the same size as a regular shoe width, I will have to take them back, as far as shoes go we buy a lot of sneakers at carnival, dress shoes are not wide, pretty shoe but that's it.

Fine when they carry shoes in your size, but size selection is limited. You're not likely to find anything you want in your size if it's W or .5—God forbid both—which is kind of disappointing for a store that specializes in shoes.

There was no greeting when I came, nor left. I was prepared to purchase a pair of shoes that I found on the clearance rack outside the store. A worker, what I assumed was the manager, was walking around making like she was busy. She said goodbye to the couple that exited before I did. She made no effort to check me out, nor say anything to me. I put the shoes back where I found them and left the store.

Great store with alot of assorted shoes. Was able to get dress shoes for myself and my wife for a wedding quickly. They didn't have her size, so they had it shipped to our house. It arrived in about 3 days. Highly recommend.

Visited the store before closing on 5/26/23. The manager and his staff are great. Didn't have my size on stock, so my shoes were ordered to be delivered home and also I was allowed to use the coupon I intended to use at the store.

Shoes were good, customer service - the most crappiest. total disrespect. This has got to be the crappiest Shoe Carnival I have ever been to. My fiance and I visited the store to buy me a pair of black Mary Jane heel shoes to go with my outfit yesterday. there were only like 3 other customers originally in the store.I was absolutely appalled by the treatment of the staff of this store:When we found the selection of dress shoes, I noticed a blonde worker warmly talking to an asian customer, I didn't think anything of it, as this is normal behavior, to be courteous and relatable. Once she was finished, I asked her where the clearance section was and checked there first, then came back to the section when I noticed they did not have the shoe style I wanted there (we all love deals, because it makes things cheaper right? and a sale is a sale). So then as my fiance grabs two boxes of a pair of Ariel style shoes I liked (i am in between sizes, so we did what every person does, you try both your current size and a size bigger to make sure they fit well right?). We sit near the front of the store, since that was the nearest place to it... well.. in that time, the blonde worker dryly replies to my question regarding the shoes, and comes into the aisle we were in 3 times on and off, just watching us, not offering her help, or anything... so my fiance gets annoyed (he is black and I am latina) because while the blonde worker does this obviously, the black worker at the front of the pedestal counter is signalling to the blonde that we have two boxes. So my fiance says says outloud something about 'ya'll really going to just watch us like we are really trying to steal any of these cheap ass shoes??" and that made the blonde one stop..Understand we have walked into and shopped at stores that their shoes cost actual money, ($900 and plus) and never have received this type of discrimination and treatment, especially from a place like shoe carnival.. then when we make the line to check out. At the counter, there is an extremely overweight man with a closed register sign. He does not leave until we reach the cashier that had just finished the customer's transaction in front of us.Once we get to the register, big overweight guy leaves and mumbles something about two boxes, in their radio and as he crosses right in front of us behind the counter. (we left the other box next to the seat I was using to try the pair of shoes on.. we have no backpack nor purse, nor anything that could insinuate we are trying to take anything, we just happened to be in the area and I wanted to check the store for the style of shoes that I wanted.Back to the story; The cashier ringing us up snickers as if there is a funny joke, and proceeds to do the laziest job at ringing us up and putting in my info while creating a rewards account for me. I mean like doesn't spell my name or email correctly... and acts all bougie, like it's annoying to ring up an every day couple... so.. we were automatically discriminated against, regardless of our 18 karat gold simple elegant jewelry we have around our necks and hands that is worth more than anything in the store. All because we came in to buy shoes.. at a shoe store.. and then left in our luxury car.You don't have to look super rich.. to be treated respectfully, nor do you have to show it off.. everyone should be treated like a normal civilian. I say this because the caucasian customers were the only ones in the store besides the Asian lady, and they were all treated better than us. I am not bougie... I do not care to show off how much money I have, nor should that be a requirement in order to be treated with class and respect. This whole young staff needs to get training in actual customer service and discrimination and actual profiling.. It's ridiculous. Everyone likes a sale and to be frugal, that does not mean you should be treated like a potential thief over trying to figure out which shoe fits. It's disgusting.. reprimand and train this young generation that knows nothin

I base this rating on customer service. Both young ladies with their phone phone then they were with my needs and questions about products. I actually think one of them sighed like ugh not this guy again. LOL. Their selection was good little pricey. . The store was clean. This is the second time I was there my first experience was the same as this. The sales girls on the first visit were not annoyed at my questions like this second visit they just had no product knowledge. And the general response to my question, was I don't know. Which is understandable. What I did not understand was why that I don't know was not followed up with let me find out for you. LOL nope, just I don't know, or I'm not sure. Then off she would try to the counter to play on the phone. So for me, I won't be going back

I ordered a pair of Airmax online to pick up in store. I drove 40 minutes to the store only for them to tell me that they canceled my order because the shoe in my size was being held for someone else. I’m done with shoe Carnival. The store manager didn’t even know when I will get my money back. That’s ridiculous.
