Hands down the best customer service of any SW I’ve been in. I bypass all locations just to order from this store. Olivia Savannah and Zack have assisted me with MANY orders and they are the best when I need help with things. The employees at this store exemplify the meaning of TEAM. I love this location.

Store 5660I had surgery last week but needed to get paint for a renovation in my home. I had no idea what product would be best. I had no idea what sheen would be best. I called the store and spoke to Olivia; she helped me with all my questions and even took the order over the phone so I could have my husband pick it up. Olivia was so amazing. She was kind and extremely professional.With just having surgery I was unable to go into the store. I was so stressed about getting the product because my contractor was coming this week. Thank you, Olivia, SO SO MUCH ! You will never know how much you helped me.

Had another Sherwin Williams in Summerville call over to this location Saturday to hold a few gallons of product for pickup Sunday morning. They were scheduled to open at 10am Sunday. Arrived at 10:40 am and waited in parking lot for 30 minutes. Nobody was there to open or staff this location. Left at 11:10am without the product I needed to complete my work.

This Sherwin-Williams Paint Store location on North Main Street in Summerville is a well managed Sherwin-Williams that is a reliable source for all things paint and accessories. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

Brian was awesome! Very professional and gave me somone that didn't know about painting or paint, great choices to make. My breakfast room came out just how I envisioned it. THANK YOU! The location was much needed. No more dealing with heavy traffic on St. James,Goose Creek store. Store hours were very convenient. Thanks Brian!
