I don't know if I came after an annual sale or restock but the shelves were lacking and the supply very limited. I was looking for some strengthening nail polish and realized online was the best bet. There's a main store downtown but did not want to drive out there so that's why I came through to check out this location. Next time I'll just do online or seek color swatches at the main location.

Every time I'm in town visiting my son needing mascara or foundation they are OUT... rarely restocking. That said, the girls that work there are super nice.

I love this location!! Staff is Super sweet and I love that they have a much more variety than the JCPENNEY location at Northwoods that's now close. I love that they carry Charlotte Tilbury and also Saie

I had a great experience at Sephora in Kohls Summerville, SC. Tionne was knowledgeable and patient with me as I shopped for a foundation and eyebrow pencil. She was professional and effective. She was able to find shades from two different brands to blend with my brown skin. Tionne sent me home with a small sample from each brand to at home. After wearing each at work, I know which one I will go back to purchase.Tionne knows her stuff!

Two stars because they have more stuff than the one in Jcpenny. However I’m disappointed that I’m not able to use a SEPHORA gift card there because it’s not a “stand alone” store. What???? Oh and they sell gift cards at the cash register. So that means if I buy a gift card there for someone they would have to travel to north woods OR the one on king street. Get it together Sephora, I see why people prefer ULTA BEAUTY.That’s like me buying a Starbucks gift card and I can’t use it inside the one in target? WHAT

I was left feeling very humiliated by Lisa from CT who is one of your managers. I went in to purchase a Serta neck pillow and when I got to the register the price did not ring as stated on the price I'm front of the item. So, myself and the cashier lady (I didn't get her name) went to check the price. Apparently someone in the store stocked all of the pillows under the incorrect price tag. And the pillows that should had gone there were at the bottom of the shelf no where near where they should have been. Unfortunately, I did not get photos of this. I asked for a manager and Lisa came over. I explained to her my complaint. She was rude to me and stated more than once "if you can read it says...". Never once did she apologize to me. It appears she doesn't like her job as she is not friendly at all. The cashier lady said the same to me, I just didn't get her name to file a complaint against her. I just recall both ladies had really bad teeth. I won't shop here again and will spread the word to everyone I know about what happened to me at the Kohls in Summerville
