Every time I go in there I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone that works there is so knowledgeable about the products and if I have a question they know the answer! What a great group of people!!

Had an excellent service. Greeted when I walked in and asked what I was looking for. I was making a selection. She made a suggestion that made perfect sense. Very delightful young lady with the cutest hair. I asked about a product. She is extremely knowledgeable so I bought it quite the different experience I've had in the past a plus to whoever hired her.

The ladies in there tonight were SO helpful and nice! They even let me know about a special that I qualified for, but didn't realize it. Great customer service.

I accidentally ordered three straighteners and the ladies helped me fix the situation. They were friendly and kind. Charlie also taught me how to use the tap feature for my apple cards. Highly recommend visiting this store!

I love coming to this location! The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Jasmine and Charlie (I hope I spelled their names right) are so sweet and kind. They helped me find the right tools to ensure my hair dying journey went well. I received feedback that did not make me feel stupid, and I really felt like I was talking to friends. I definitely suggest going here if you have questions about your hair, and what products are best.

I had amazing experience with Jasmine from this location.She helped me with picking out natural products that she personally used herself and the products worked great and I feel more confident .Ashlyn was also very helpful as well she helped me find a wet heat protector.These ladies helped me out I definitely recommend this location positive vibes and very friendly.They also told me about return policy in case I wasn’t satisfied but I definitely am satisfied with my purchases.They also helped me be able to get deals and discounts and helped me get a sally rewards point program. Thank you

I have never had a problem with Sally’s (: Came in an hour til close and others in the store , and only one emplyoee was there. She greeted everyone while assisting others and told me what she prefers and suggests. this was 7:00 , 02/05/22 <3

workers are not knowledgeable. they are decently nice but they continuously tell me the wrong things. none of their products have worked for my hair after they have told they would for sure. such a let down

every time i’ve gone to this store they have told me something different. i recently bought pastel purple and it turned my hair blue. the staff is kind but it feels like each person says something different and i can’t trust them or their products

i went in to buy hair dye for my wife. i showed them my wife’s hair color and they said the dye would work on her hair. it did not. i came back in and a different worker told me something completely different from the other work. i tried what the new worker said and it made my wife’s hair extremely brittle

Refused to honor their Love it or Return it policy. The dye didn't even show up so I wanted to return it, had the boxes and receipt from the day before. I spoke to 3 people at corporate that don't understand why they are refusing to do it and have filed a formal complaint. At this point it is the principle and wasting my time.
