Had a bad wheel bearing replaced for a very competitive rate at a very competitive pace, dropped vehicle off Tuesday evening an he was waiting on me that coming Thursday so let's say 2 days flat and when I say he was waiting on me I mean literally after business hour's waited on me saving me an additional 35$ for not picking up my vehicle upon completion although that fee might start the following day

Very reliable and tells you upfront what is actually wrong with your vehicle. Breaks down the cost and labor before working on the vehicle. My car had no lights on the front and I wasn’t able to drive at night. I dropped my car off that morning and by the afternoon I was up and running. I definitely appreciate him because I had to be to work that evening downtown and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to make it because of the lights but he fixed and now I’m all over the city lol. I definitely recommend this business and any future problems I will come to him. Thanks Rob.

I called yesterday set up a time with the mechanic told me to come at 9 o’clock sharp. I get here at 8 o’clock because I work at nursing home at night as a nurses an waited for the time of my appointment. As soon as 9:30 A.M comes I call no answer call again 3 more time no answer. If you’re going tell someone to come at a certain time make sure you’re able to get up an do your job. It’s been almost 100 degree this year with no A/C in my car is horrible such a let down.——————————————————————————————— Update: Quite funny that you respond nine months later how can you remember anything that has happen 9 months later. To make a statement that I was rude cancel that you were just unprofessional and wasn’t prepared just say that don’t lie.

Rob is an excellent Auto Technician and very friendly. He diagnosed the problem in just a couple of minutes, and he repaired my vehicle in less than an hour. (My vehicle had already been misdiagnosed by another shop.) I will definitely recommend him to everyone.

I highly recommend Using robs automotive he’s an honest and fair priced mechanic who does great work at a competitive price. He’s works on both of my vehicles and I won’t take them to anyone else. He has solved many issues with my Tahoe and is very knowledgeable on repairs. Anyone who needs work done I send themHis way. I was very skeptical when I realized I would be dropping off our car at his residence but upon arriving I realized his home is separate from his business and there’s a sign in the front that states come to the back for the garage and I mention that because of a bad review which is why they probably didn’t get service because they were waiting out front of his home. My first thought was “ oh no, a back yard mechanic”! Once I realized the garage was in the back and after talking with him I realized he wasn’t a fly-by-night Mr. fix it. He was very helpful and very friendly especially after I made a mistake of ordering the wrong part but he did not let that slow him down at all in fact he had the old part waiting for me so that I only had to make one trip to the part store instead of numerous trips back-and-forth which was a big help considering the busy and hectic day we already had ahead of us. He was very professional, dependable, honest, hard-working, organized did an amazing job in a timely manner, he had the alternator replaced in the car before I even made it back home. My husband and I are very grateful to Rob for his help and we would definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a mechanic. He did an amazing job at a reasonable price. We will most definitely return for any and all car repairs needed. Thank you Rob !!!
