You're right—there were no harsh words exchanged. However, the interaction felt very brief, and the level of customer service provided was lacking. It came across as brash, cold and aggressive. Having worked in customer service for over 20 years, this was simply my interpretation of the situation. My concern wasn't about the return process, which is why it wasn't mentioned in my initial review. Thank you.

Had to purchase headrest DVD players had to pay $100 over online prices per per player bought two and the headphones wireless were horrible for the price purchase locally had to have them couldn't wait for online so I paid the price customer service was great.
