I had a positive experiemce in 2022. Last week was a different story.
My appointment was at 9:10. I was not called back until around 9:40. They were busy, not that big of a deal.
The woman who was conducting the screening wasn't super friendly. She didn't talk to me other than to give me directions. Again, not that big of a deal for me.
My issue happened when she drew my blood. When she inserted the needle it was very painful. The blood draw also hurt. I didn't say anything and left. When I removed the Band-Aid a few hours later I was shocked with how my arm looked. It hurt to press on it but I figured it would just go away. Five days later and my arm still looks rough. I've never had this reaction. I've had my blood drawn countless times.

The gentleman helping me took 20 minutes to just get my insurance info, then entered my labs wrong after 25 more minutes. He almost overcharged me $600, but another Phlebotomist came in and re entered all my information & corrected things. Then, when he took my blood he was laughing and moving the needle while telling me he was preciously fired from labcorp.

Don't even bother trying to call for help with anything. You won't have nay luck. Nothing but a computer system.

Very professional group. The contactless self check in worked smoothly. If you schedule an appointment ahead of time they will get you right in as appointments take priority over walk ins. The provider got me on the first stick. The whole experience was quick, painless and pleasant.

Visited Quest Diagnostics on Old Trolley Rd for the first time and couldn’t be happier with my experience! I booked my appointment online, checked in with the link I was sent when I arrived. Within 3 minutes of my arrival I was called back. The woman who did my lab work was quick, professional and kind. The facility itself was also very clean. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, but I had a great experience!

i had a great experience coming here for a drug test for a new job. i made an appointment online and was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes. staff was friendly and really outgoing.

Mia is very unprofessional made me wait 30 mins for them just to tell me I couldn’t do my drug screen because I had my son I came earlier she closed the door in my face and stated they were closing for lunch I came back because school was out why make someone wait if you saw them come in with a child the staff was laughing as if it was funny but I have no time for childish games if you don’t like your job get another one very sorry lazy non compassion workers workers here

Not sure why there’s so many garbage reviews of this place. All you have to do is check in at a kiosk and you’ll be seen right at the time you’re supposed to be. Lots of people seem to have a problem with that, but I don’t mind it.
