This Publix has the nicest, most engaging employees; like Frank, Brandon and many others. But among all these great Publix employees the standout is Darcus, who is a ray of sunshine everyday. I have never seen anyone who spreads joy like Darcus, and she makes shopping at Publix a real pleasure.

I went there to get the BOGO cat litter and the shelves were empty. An employee named Colby asked if I needed any help so I explained what I was wanting. He stopped what he was doing to go in the back to see if there was any because on his store phone (or whatever that little thing is) showed there was 8. He brought me out the boxes of litter in hardly no time and placed in my cart. He then asked if there was anything else he could do to help me. He was so kind and polite and had a smile/attitude that was very sincere.

I love this Publix. The manager is TOP NOTCH customer service oriented. I ordered 3 birthday cakes, all were delicious. The pharmacy is perfect. Everything is perfect. Employees are very cordial.
