If I could give a zero I would the worst pharmacy ever every single time there is a prescription sent to this horrible pharmacy. It is never ready or they can never find me doesn’t matter if you call corporate and complain. Nothing will change. It’s the worst pharmacy ever unfortunately, it’s the only near pharmacy next to jetburg I Don’t understand how their corporate do not realize that they’re lacking the public brand name and their pharmacy department look at all of the horrible reviews great store horrible pharmacy

Can’t get script filled. Still in process after 3 attempts to pick up. Pharmacy won’t answer calls. Just horrible service. They don’t care about their customers.

This is quite possibly the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I have the app where I can see if my prescriptions are ready. They always show in progress for 4-5 days until I call and ask why they aren’t filled. There’s never an answer as to why but then they fill them close after. They are not just slow but always rude. I am switching pharmacies for sure! The only reason people use them is because they’re the only one close to Cane Bay!

Medication called 5 hours ago and not ready ...doesn't call to let you know when medication is ready so if you don't pick it up your sol, signing up online doesn't work because the veracation send to email never comes ...DO BETTER BEFORE I SWITCH PHARMCY LIKE I DID WITH CVS!

Apparently they can't answer ANY questions while the pharmacist is at lunch, even if the only reason you're calling is to see if they have your medication in stock.

Very rude this one person was. Lied to me and called me to come back to the pharmacy because she made a mistake and then has an attitude because she’s the one who messed up. Thank god the head of pharmacy was there.

Stood in line for 10 minutes in the pharmacy pickup line only to have some idiot be taken ahead of me in the prepay line. This is a stupid system and disrespectful to your customers.

Very incompetent. Month after month they got my medications wrong. Every month I had to call and make sure they were putting my prescriptions through my ins. Once they realized they hadn't , they became rude and acted like it was my fault.

They need to learn to fill prescriptions as they’re written. I have specifically had my doctor prescribe a 90 day supply multiple times and they keep filling it as 30 day because they decided the 90 day would be “too expensive.” The 30 day supply is the same price as the 90 day supply with my coupon through GoldRX though… and who are you to tell me what’s too expensive for me… It should all be very simple. Instead I’ve had to spend extra money since I could have gotten the 90 day supply for the same amount as the 30 day with my coupon, make extra trips there, and extra calls to my doctor… Make it make sense. Never had this issue with a pharmacy before.
