Staff is always friendly and helpful. No tool rental but that's not a big deal. Their prices are lower than the other stores. Just bought a $10 part that was $20 at Autozone and Advanced. Military discount is always awesome to see so thank you for doing that.

Competitive prices. Love shopping here. The computers are ancient but the parts are normally in stock and reasonable price. They always go above and beyond to get your order delivered same day to their store

In my professional opinion as an auto tech, this branch of parks auto parts has the very best staff. They are always helpful, always the best and most expedient service available, and have a very knowledgeable staff. I've been using them for over twenty years and would rather use the trolley road location than any other.
