Brought my 65" 2/24/2024 to get leds replaced. Mike replaced them which he did call and tell me it was time to pick up my tv on 2/27/2024 however now I got 2 issues with shadows looking like rainbows. Called Mike and left voicemail to see if he can fix his mistake. On 2/28/2024 Mike said to bring in the tv which i will do on 2/29/2024 after work. I have brought back the tv on 2/29/2024. Awaiting an update from Mike either later today or tomorrow. Went back to Mike's store 3/2/2024 he said he cleaned the inside and now there is no issues. Great job Mike. Will always keep coming back to him if I had more issues with tv's. Down to earth guy. When I got home and hung my tv the film inside got wrinkled. I asked Mike what can we do about this? He says I don't know. I don't know what is causing it. He's been in the TV repair business for many years. You would think that he knows theins and outs of what can go wrong how to fix it.

Mike was freaking awesome. The backlight went out on my 70in and took it to Mike, and he had it fixed in only a few days. Great guy, great service, and excellent pricing! Highly recommend for any TV repairs!

Honestly just go to Geek squad. I just called and the guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude and answered me like I was stupid. Zero professionalism and no help at all.

The owner Mike is a terrific guy. When I took my TVin for repairs I knew it would cost me a arm and a leg .But he did not go for body parts just cash which was fair price to get my tv back.great service and prices.Thanks Mike

Mr Mike did a great job on fixing my television. It was hard to troubleshoot the problem, but he got it fixed. Great to deal with.

Mike's a great guy. Always make sure to keep customer's satisfied. I took tv in for repair and he was able to fix it quickly and any other issues I've had he was able find the cause and take care of it for a good price.
