I love Palmetto Moon because of all their South Carolina souvenirs but I was looking for Summerville items and they didn't have any. The associate that I spoke to on the phone was nice and helpful but she couldn't help me find what I wanted.

Went in for crocs and found the right sizes, both my boys are happy. Was approached by a couple staff to see if I needed assistance (that almost never happens)lol

As soon as I walked in, Palmetto Moon reminded me of many people I loved dearly. FYI, I know where to find the perfect Southern charm items. I found the cutest sun hat! PM team was professional without being overbearing. Thank you for the experience!
