Went in for a battery. Cashier's attitude was she did not want to be there. After we purchased the battery, she just handed it to us. We asked for her to install it for us. She asked a coworker to help, he told her good luck, it was an easy battery to change. We were than offered the tools to change the battery ourselves because she was not comfortable changing batteries. We changed the battery ourselves in the parking lot, no one that worked at the store offered to help. Will we be going to another auto parts store in the future.

You should honor the prices on your shelf. It’s not the customers fault that your staff walks by a 3 month old sales price and doesn’t care enough to take it down. Do better

I purchased a battery from this O'Reilly store and it was a great experience. They beat other store's prices and they were friendly and efficient. Gerald was great, he installed the battery quickly and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

Went in to get the codes on my car checked and cleared. I did not know that they could not clear codes, but that’s not how the lady at the counter said it. “We don’t clear codes!”I then asked why, when she said “uh the store doesn’t allow us to?” I’m fine with not being able to clear codes but there’s a much better way to put it. I will not be shopping here again due to the rude employee

There's a new location on Dorchester and its got majority of everything at reasonable deals. Offers free battery check diagnostic and takes old oil. Offers rental of tools which can be handy at times. Usually best to do your own homework about what vehicle model, year, and make to narrow down what the solution is if there's a problem.

Had odor in my vehicle after buying shrimp. I had tried everything; fragrances, shampoo carpets. The young man who helped me suggested replacement of cabin filter. He even done it for me because I wasn't sure I could do it. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. You need to give him a raise! He is an asset to O'Reilly auto parts!
