THIS BUSINESS OWNER IS DANGEROUS TO DEAL WITH!!!!My experience was horrible!!! If I could put 0 stars that’s what it would be. This business owner is very rude and irate, he yells at customers with a loaded gun on his waist, if he has to explain anything such as his astronomical prices. He towed my vehicle 4 days ago and charged for 5 days and then he, against the law, put in applications for my title. This is after speaking with me on day 2 about me getting it back and he never responded to me until I came with another towing company and he then charged me $720. He called the police on us under false pretenses because he felt no need to explain why he added on charges for him jumping the gun to get my title. This business owner is very DANGEROUS!!! Please, please if you have to deal with him stay precautious and record your interactions with this person. Also the tow lot is on private property that even after he lets you in, he will lie and tell the cops you’re trespassing! And the cops are his “friends” and business partners! Avoid this business at all costs!! And if you take a look on the reviews….. I’m not the only customer who had an experience like this with him and his replies to them are even more evident I’m not telling the untruth??

I can’t begin to explain the horror that happened….Towing is included in my insurance and they use this company. Which I am very disappointed in, some how my address wasn’t correct so the driver picked up my car mind you he had it on his flat bed charges me 150$ to tow it a block away from where it was stuck he proceeds to tell me he can’t tow my car to the destination because he’s just a driver and was to busy and couldn’t make that call I was devastated I was in tears I was pretty much was begging this man not to do this but he does so took my car off of his truck and left it in the Bakery parking lot. I had to call another tow truck company to come get my car. They had to wait until people pulled out of this parking lot so they could get my car safely out of there. My car was stuck in Suffolk. I live in Nassau I was so angry and upset couldn’t believe he left my car and now refuses to give me an invoice that I paid for my car so I can get the reimbursement from my insurance company shame on you II called Allstate and hopefully they will handle it and get the invoice from him. I wasn’t even nasty about the situation. I’ve been texting this man since June to get an invoice and I still didn’t get it . This is not how you do business I never leave reviews especially bad but I’m sorry this one deserved it.

If I can give it a negative 10 I would. I had a toe notice for a specific vehicle that parked on my grass. They towed my Uber driver's car because he had to come in and peek and it cost me $280 because it was a truck when they were looking for a little tiny hamster car and they want to say it's for the whole lot. However, on the notice nowhere on that notice states it's for the whole property and yet they feel justified. I think I need to get a lawyer

I’d like to know why they charged me $600 to tow my car and store it for 3 days just because it was for a traffic violation. That’s ridiculous.

They made sure they were sending the correct truck needed beforehand, just to make sure I was not charged an additional day of storage!! They stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process and made sure I was comfortable with everything. All 3 people I dealt with were friendly and professional!! Also, the lowest price out of the 10 companies I called!! I would definitely recommend this company for anyones towing needs!!Service: Car towing

These guys have been wonderful. If towing for a violation, it is never a simple situation, but these guys go out of their way to help and make every effort to make sure that everybody is treated fairly. They are quick and responsive. In a tough industry, they do a great job!

When I was broken down at the intersection of Berlin Myers Parkway and Hwy 78, I did not care what the wrecker looked like. On The Way Towing, in my opinion, had a nice looking roll-back that professionally towed my car to my home two miles away. Although the charge was $150.00, they would have done it for half the price if I had called them direct instead of having the police call the next wrecker on rotation. You should keep their number in your phone for emergencies.

backyard tow company rip offs be careful DO NOT USE THEM they do not have a business license. Just a old beat up roll back too. office is there old singlewide trailer
