I cannot say enough good things about Foxbank and Dr. Gent. They are always able to fit us in when we need it most, and I have gotten such valuable information about my dog’s health from their office. They are the most accommodating practice I have ever found and I thank the sweet Lord for them every day. My dog is alive and well today because of them and their willingness to help with the utmost compassion. Dr. Gent is just the kindest soul, and an extremely rare find in Vet Med. I will never trust anyone else!!

Absolutely the worst vet I have ever dealt with. Had we listened to Dr Han, our pup would be dead. Even with "testing" done, there was no bacteria to be found for an infection. He'd had surgery a few weeks prior. We were told he had cancer and we should put him down. We opted not to do it and requested antibiotics as we didn't feel as though we were being listened to. By the next day, his surgery site reopened and a massive amount of infection began draining. But nearly $300 of tests said there was no infection.... once the infection began draining and he was back on antibiotics, he completely turned around. Our pup would be dead if we listed to the vet. Dr. Han spoke to us as though we're children and very condescending in both tone and facial expressions. Never again we will go back there and no one should take their beloved pets there. It's just a money pit.

I really can't say enough about how amazing the entire team is. I never wait to check in or check out. Dr Gent is our forever Doxie Doctor. She is so sweet, attentive and realistic with recommendations. She tailors the approach to the dog, and I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for me, Lucy and Chester. 10/10.

Wanted to drop a note to commend their staff member Ledilia for going absolutely above and beyond in her responsibilities. During her aggressively busy work week, she took the time to contact my pet insurance company to advocate for our dog's behalf that we should be reimbursed for the services rendered. She was successful in taking care of us. Thank you again Ledilia for your outstanding customer service!

They are great to my dog Gunner. Gunner loves all of them up there... they are very knowledgeable get me whatever I need to make my pup feel better... very friendly staff. Absolutely clean place... I would recommend them to everyone and anyone...

First experience I wasn’t very happy, but coming back I wanna say this place is great. Friendly and very helpful staff. They made vaccinating my pet feel so comfortable and normal. Dr Harris is the BEST. Absolutely loved having him.

All they do is charge you for blood work to possibly "see what's wrong with your animal." Then when they get you results after you just payed $200+ for blood work... they give you a $200 dollar solutions to your pets illnesses and it still doesn't work.... now $400 later our animal still isn't showing signs of improvement... I would NOT recommend.

The fact that I had to wait in a room with an injured animal for almost an hour before being seen (with an appointment), is unexceptionable. My doodles will not be coming back here anymore.

Foxbank was a very great experience! I feel very lucky to be close to an exotic animal vet! I brought my guinea pig in, and everyone was so nice, and gave me honest & efficient advice. We will be coming here from now on.

I’ve been there with multiple pets and my wife and I have had different veterinarians for various reasons and have not had 1 complaint. We recently had to say goodbye to our 16 year old dog and they treated us like we were the most important family. I cannot recommend them enough for whatever you need. Your beloved fur babies are good hands with this vet facility.

I was looking for an exotic vet for my bearded dragon Zuko! I was recommended to come see Dr. Susie Han, she is the BEST! Very knowledgeable about beardies. I would 100% recommend Foxbank Vet and Dr. Han. They are amazing and affordable :)

Thay are wonderful! Thay tack cear of your pets we tuck are dog ivory there we had no clue what was going on with her but thay did some tests and she had a ear infection now she is all better thank you guys so much for making her feel better.
