We loved our first visit! Dr. Thompson was amazing. She was incredibly nice, easy to talk to, answered all my questions and was so good with River.

Dr. Winney, Hannah and team were excellent with our fur baby! Highly recommend Ashley Pines Animal Hospital! We spent 4 hours at the EMX vet
and left without any answers. As a new client work-in appointment, Dr. Winney had our dog's health interest as a priority to figure out why he was not feeling well. She and Hannah were very kind, patient, caring and professional. We left with answers and feeling confident with a diagnosis and treatment plan! Dr. Winney and Hannah are amazing however, we also had the best experience from the time we walked in the clinic to the time we checked out! The follow up calls and texts were also greatly appreciated!!

It was amazing ?
I was a walk in. Which I try not to do in general but they were very kind, answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and made an appointment for my kitty. It's are second time coming here. First time was with another kitty we have who had gotten stung by a wasp. That visit also went fantastic

Love Dr. Lerma, and everyone at Ashley Pines is so nice and friendly and treat our fur babies with love and kindness!! how everyone treats my fur babies with love, like they were their own. .Jennie was fabulous when Bailey had her surgery. She saw how loopy Bailey was when I dropped her off and carried her in for me. She also carried Bailey out to the car when I picked her up after her surgery. She also did a great job of explaining the pills I needed to give Bailey before and after her surgery!!

We had the best experience for our first time! The staff was so nice and welcoming and Dr. Whinney was the best and gave us great advice for first time puppy owners! The lady at the front desk was so welcoming and sweet from the get go. Nothing better than a great first impression and also got a great picture of our little guy after our appointment!

Ashley Pines is awesome! Staff and Docs are all pleasant. Everyone is kind to the animals. All staff stands out. Everyone who has a job there does is 100%. They are kind to the animals and families. They are always very accommodating.

I took my dog Rufus in for his 1st visit and not only did he do amazing but the staff was also amazing and treated him soo well and they were so patient with him. Thank you all soo much yall just don't realize how important Rufus means to me and the fact yall treated him with love and care was absolutely awesome, thank you all soo much????

Nice, new facility with friendly staff and doctors. All showed compassion and concern for my cat. Plus,, I did not have to wait. At my appointment time, I was already in the exam room.

The staff was kind and very accommodating. Got an "emergency" appointment in same day, when I was not even an established patient yet. All the staff members that I encountered on Friday, July 26th were so kind and professional. I would recommend this animal hospital in a heartbeat!

Dr. Winney and her staff are the best! They were extremely professional, compassionate and explained our options to give us a few extra weeks with our 10 year old Golden retriever. Thank you so much Ashley Pines for helping us through this sad time.

Ashley Pines is absolutely wonderful! We brought our new puppy (Marlin) for his first visit and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Danielle welcomed us at the front desk and even took a picture of Marlin to celebrate his first visit! Brittany was so kind and thoughtful in her explanation of his treatment plan. Dr. Thompson really went out of her way to make sure our questions were answered and that our pup was comfortable.
We had questions about properly trimming our pups nails and they printed us a packet to walk us through it and Brittany even took the time to give us a demo of how to properly trim his nails. They also gave us a new puppy booklet with tons of tips and guidance on how to care for a new pup.
Ashely Pines goes out of their way to make our fur babies and us as pet owners comfortable. You can really tell how much they care about each and every patient. Marlin was thrilled because he got a new toy and tons of treats and we were thrilled that his care will be in good hands at Ashley Pines!

The Doctors are all very knowledgeable and helpful. Staff is also friendly and extremely kind and helpful. Brittney was especially friendly and good to my puppy. I highly recommend the office.
