Brian is fantastic!! He came highly recommended and we could not be more pleased or impressed with him. Our son has never really enjoyed exercise until he met Brian. Now he looks forward to it. Brian is really helping him and these training sessions have been an excellent investment into our son's health and future.

Started my membership at this gym about a month ago and I'm completely pleased and happy with my gym choice.Staff is welcoming, facilities are kept clean and machines updated.Highly recommend.
