Scheduled an appt on Saturday night through the website for Sunday at 9am. Received a confirmation email from the website. Arrived Sunday morning to be told that my appt is no good seeing I didn't receive a confirmation call from the company. The young lady at the counter stated no appts would be honored until after 12. If making appts after hours are not going to be honored, you really should shut down the appt scheduling on the website. As not to incurr unsatisfied customers. Customers are not responsible for the lack of staffing and should not be inconvenienced for such. This is very poor business practice. Maybe shut down the company until you get staffed appropriately. Being under staffed also causes the current employees to become unhappy.

Very helpful staff and a super easy quick appointment! Came in with a flat and they were able to patch it and repair it within 30 min. I dropped it off and they called as soon as I got home.

Great customer service and great work. Was stuck on the side of the rood, called them before the tow truck even dropped off the car. They were efficient and kind.

Everything was fine until I noticed something I needed to live was missing, I am a cancer patient One of your technicians stole my medicinal product out of my car while fixing it, I had a hidden camera in my car which he clearly didn’t know about and I have the footage ready to take it to the police for stealing someone else’s medicine, i came on 6/13/24 7:45pm it was 2 Caucasian males working one had oil all over him with a hat on the other was very polite, I know exactly which one did it because he rushed out the door before I left which I thought was suspicious but paid no mind to it, now I know why, I’m ready he can either pay me money to order new medicine or I’m going to police I’m not from here so I have to order my medicine from New York and it’ll take weeks to get here today is also my birthday and he stole something I needed to live, the medicinal products are very strong pain killer pills, you guys hire junkies!! So either he pay me money to get new medicine or I’m pressing charges and sueing this location
