Walked in first time greeted by Devin. Lots of choice's like sides, party meals, family meals. Great meat selections, very knowledgeable of the meat's and what they are selling. We got 2 racks of ribs , 7 burger patties, homemade Mac and cheese, banana pudding , olives, Brussels sprouts and spent less than $200.00 . Check them out also let you taste some wines !!!

Great burgers and sausage. Their house recipe burgers are the best you'll ever taste. Medium-rare heaven!!! I can't wait to try a ribeye or NY strip.
Hopefully I'll get an answer soon as to whether they carry Denver steaks or skirt steak. Very clean venue, too.
6/28/2024 - Answered my own questions...yes, the have delectable Denver steaks & skirt steak for carne asada.
I had to pick up one of their "house recipe" burgers. The combination of cuts that go into this buger and fat to lean meat ratio make it the best you'll ever taste. Absolutely addictive. Expensive...not if you cherish the vessel you live in. It's really okay & healthy to treat yourself every now & then. If top quality meats and discerning butchery area part of your yardstick, look no further.

i have to start with the prices are a little higher than other places, but the quality reflects! If you want high quality meats, this is the place for you! The customer service is the best, and you couldnt ask for a better place to get a steak.

My wife and I stop in NY butcher shop to pick up various items. Good Shepard pie, cannoloni and manicotti in the frozen section plus fresh cuts of meat and seafood. Decided we wanted to do something special for Easter so decided to pick up Two veal chops to grill. Two veal chops cost $72 sounds like a lot and it is. However you get what you pay for. Probably the most tender veal chops we have ever eaten. Each about an inch thick , professionally trimmed with little to no waste vacuum packed as we waited. I’ll take credit for grilling them to perfection at serving temp of 135 degrees. We both ended up gnawing at the bone. Hey things are expensive ( thanks Bidenomincs) but I don’t mind paying for quality and quality is what these folks sell! Very friendly, knowledgeable service. Thanks we will be back

The price changes if they cut any meat for you. It changes significantly too. Like double. I understand they’re doing more work but other butcher shops in the area will butcher the meat and the cuts you want without doubling the price per pound. I don’t think we’ll be back. Have gone twice and were charged a huge amount each trip. The meat is good quality but not worth the up charge you have to pay for any requested cuts of meat. If you go and get anything butchered make sure to verify the price beforehand. Will save you a lot of money.

I love this shop. I special ordered my sugar cured ham from them for Thanksgiving. It was a big hit this year. I’ll have a standing order with them from here on. All the guys working there are the greatest.Love you guys.

It’s hands down the best place to get steak or chicken or pork. The staff are beyond friendly, their points system is fair and no nonsense they are just one of those places you go to and feel great you got something worth every penny it’s just that simple.
