The manager,La’Mon, goes above and beyond to get you all set up to store your things and works with you on how long you need the unit for. Clean, well-run place!!!!!

So helpful! Lamon got us squared away, recommended local shopping and a restaurant at the same time. He got us into a storage unit that was the right size and kept us entertained while he did the paperwork to get us into a bigger unit at the right price. Highly recommend!

So I dropped by this location last week to make a payment for my colleague and had a slight wait as there was two people in front of me conducting business. This gave me an opportunity to observe the gentleman at the desk. He was super professional and amazing at multitasking. I found how we he informed and educated the customers on their storage needs was top tier. I don’t need storage at this very moment but based on what I heard and saw, I will definitely be returning and giving my business to this young man. I have been in social & business platforms for more than a decade and I would strive to have a member like him on my team! Very well done La’mon. I think he is the manager of this particular location. 5 stars easily.

The front office guy is good with his work, however the company left the parking area gates open intentionally and both my landscape trailers, mower, ect was stolen on 3/8/24. I drove by yesterday 3/19/24 and the gates were still locked open. It was a management’s decision to leave them open as the gate needs repairs, their gross negligence has caused my landscape/lawn care business to shut down. Had they contacted me about the gate issue, I would have moved my trailers to keep them protected. I have reached out to them multiple times, however they refuse to reach out. The monday prior, I couldn’t get into the gate as it was in “Tamper lockout” mode and again lost work because of it. Monster storage doesn’t care to protect your property and will only do what is in their interest.* added to note: Monster storage: the provide email in your comment does not work.

Kathleen is great! I use a storage unit each winter to free up garage workshop space for a couple months. Glad to use Monster for the close to home location and the easy non lip roll in of the bigger units. My second year with Monster and I hope there will be a unit available each year now. I don’t like shopping around each year to find a unit that fits my needs. This site works great for me!

I wish I could give them no stars. I paid for two different units and never received access to them. The codes they grant don’t work and I can’t even speak to a real person regarding my issue.

It's been a couple of years since my last review and wanted to update.I have been using Monster Storage in Summerville for many years. Kathleen, the manager, is a gem! She goes out of her way to make you feel like a valued customer. She is efficient, professional, and always personable. The facility is safe and clean, and Kathleen does a magnificent job at keeping things running smoothly. She is a pro at her job!(Previous review) The units are very accessible with great security. The people have always been friendly and do what they can to make sure you have a good experience. I am very satisfied with the unit, the service, and the great staff.

Definitely a great experience! After checking numerous places I ran into monster storage, which I was so glad that I did. Mrs. Kathleen was AMAZING and made my experience quick and easy. Her customer service was PHENOMENAL. Thank you so much for your help. Definitely a great spot to check out for your storage needs.
