Miler Properties has been fantastic to rent through. I had the pleasure of renting a house with them in Wescott Plantation for the last year. They are always quick to respond to questions and attentive to all service requests. I definitely recommend Miler Properties!

Is there anyway to use negative stars, if there was they would get them.
If you are a renter RUN. If you are the property owner, just know they will not keep up on your end of things either. Unprofessional. Forget to send renewals and/or Send you 30 day lease termination notices, when you're in the middle of your 2 year lease with no apology or accountability.
Yearly walkthru with one person, and then another person emails and tells you a different story. I could go on and on but I won't waste my own time. This is just to warn people before they waste money on this company that literally does nothing.
They are very "nice" to your face. Don't be fooled

Ms. Jeanene and the team at Miler Properties have made my move very professional and smooth ? They've kept me up to date and I've run into 0 surprises which is great. Ms. Allison is super helpful at the front desk and the office is quite inviting

If you are looking for a local rental agency in the Charleston area, these are your people! They are so very nice and knowledgeable of the area. I am relocating to Summerville and the whole team was super helpful! Big shout out to Sean, who is from here, and gave me lots of information on the area while we were touring the property.

My experience with Miler Properties has so far been one of the best relocating experiences ever. The entire staff shows such gratitude towards you via emails or over the phone. Very prompt responding back. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place. Great Team!

They sucks badly. They will push u out your place whatever a neighbor that is not there tenant calls them In make up lies. Then they believe them in not u are horrible management. Then take almost your whole deposit over paint that is not destroyed by coloring, hole in the wall just dirt. I would not recommend no one to rent from them. They made it so uncomfortable that I moved out before the time they told me to leave. Between the neighbors In Adrian Miller's. I had to go

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER. I H ATE THEM. MY RENTER HATES THEM. THEY DONT RETURN CALLS. WHEN YOU FINALLY GET THE FRONT DESK GIRL TO ANSWER AND VOICE YOUR CONCERNS SHE DOESNT EVER ANSWER THE PHONE AGAIN. ADRIANE AND DEBBIE ARE BY FAR THE WORST THOUGH. NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A SINGLE CALL BACK SINCE I GOT A TENANT IN MY UNIT. THEY SOMETIMES WRITE BACK TO EMAILS BUT THATS RARE. NOW IM NOTICING RANDOM FEES BEING TAKEN OUT OF MY EARNINGS AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE. I LOATHEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE. I HOPE PEOPLE STOP USING THEM.

I'm just getting started in renting a house in Summerville and choose to use Miler Properties. So far my interactions with Debbie Miler have been great.She showed up and walked the house with me and my Uncle and gave me ideas on what to do and how to speed up the process to get the house ready to be rented. She has a good eye and knowledge of rental prices in the area.I live out of state and she is over seeing that last few items to get the house ready. Which in turn will reduce the time until it can go on the market and has made my life easier. There is a small fee for this, but for the time saved and piece of mind, it is so worth itI'm still new in this working relationship, but I can see this working out just fine. All fees seem very reasonable and the contract looks good to me. I also like the online portal that shows what's going on with the house and let me stay up to date with costs.So far, I highly recommend Miler Properties to anyone looking for local help managing a property. She makes you really feel that she is working with you and will look over your investment as you would.
