had a cracked screen on my old phone so could not see anyting would not let me file a claim cuz they said I didn't have insurance after spending a hundred eighty bucks open to claim online got a new phone would not let me return this phone because it was three days past the 14-day threshold.

I experienced the worst customer service from a manager with the badly shaped body not sure of her name and at this point really don't care. She was very rude not cooperative nor trying to retain the customer service not even offer in the upgrade that was due. I only went in there to get this phone fixed for my disabled mother who needs her phone but because the service was awful I walked out with nothing in return but an argument from the manager. I will never go back to MetroPCS as long as I live on this earth due to this customer service from your store manager at MetroPCS on main Street. I am currently now a new Verizon customer with the new cellular device from Walmart next to the location where I was just dismissed I upgraded my mother's cellular device to a iPhone 13 with no money down excellent credit thanks MetroPCS for making my mom a new iPhone customer free of charge. But truthfully if this store wish to stay in businesses customer service is everything and having a manager in leadership displaying this behavior in front of her peers and associates will only lead to them doing it as well I will never go back to this location for anything thanks for reading

I am very concerned that this locations manager can do what she done. This is not how I want SC represented online. I want an explanation from the owner what they going to do to make sure our information is safe. I encourage everyone to see that video and call corporate.

Went in to switch carriers and Rebecca was amazing! Lovely lady very courteous and respectful. Patient to explain to me all the charges and steps! Will forever recommend this store!

David Pineault is an amazing employee. He always knows what he's talking about, doesn't just try to sell the most expensive things, helps with the smallest questions and he genuinely cares about his customers on a personal level not just professional. I told him I wouldn't be able to be back until later friday because my son was having surgery and he talked to be about it and helped ease my mind a bit as a parent. I'm always happy when he's there because I know he will make sure I'm taken care of.

I went in metro yesterday a store manager name David help me with good customer service! David help me with all my questions I had all my concerns I may had.David was very respectful store was very clean an organized.I definitely will go back an let David help me again.

Metro by T-Mobile on Old Trolley Road in Summerville is a great place to get cell phones and mobile service for a good value. The staff here is very helpful and knowledgeable at getting you set up with everything that you need quickly and effectively. Good experience shopping here.

I took my 2 children to purchase 2 IPhone XR. The sales Rep. SAID IPhone XR COMES WITHOUT AIRBUDS. HE SAID THE XR DOES NOT COME WITH THE CHARGING ADAPTER. WHEN REACHING HOME ONE BOX HAD A CHARGING CABLE AND THE OTHER BOX HAD A CHARGING ADAPTER. What Do You Guys Think of This?????????
