I purchased a mattress in August and just hated my purchase, it was too firm for me. Mattress Firm has a 120 day try and if you don’t like they will help you select another one. I spoke to Tommy today and he was able to help me exchange my mattress for another and was truly helpful and nice!!!!!

Great experience, knowledgeable employees. This is my second mattress from Tommy, he listens and recommends a great mattress at a good price. Have one more room to buy a mattress, and will be back after Christmas.

Overpriced cheap mattresses. We shopped around and got a much better mattress without the immature sales pressure.
