Mark Klim is truly one of a kind realtor. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime. That said, I have worked with many realtors. My husband and I moved from CT to SC. We chose a home to build April 1st, 2021. Mark was there every step of the way from beginning to end! Once construction began, a flurry of videos and photos inside and out of my new home would be texted weekly. Mark’s professionalism, knowledge and support is unmatched. He guided us thru delays due to the supply chain issues, calmed our nerves when it was needed and was there at closing with a smile, a high five and a gift basket! I can't say enough good things about Mark. He always went above and beyond our expectations in regards to gathering info and taking initiative to finding out things before I even asked him to. He was always available to answer text even on weekends. He was very patient and understand with what my wife and I was trying to do and came close to a few closings then something would fall through but he stuck it out with us. I'm definitely using him in the future and will refer to friends and family.
