This is clearly a call center working the phones which does not compare to having a real person to speak to sitting in your office. I would have given a 1 star but I know how important Google reviews are and I'm with a dealership, not a customer. Maybe get a dealership line to help us and your customers. The car was already added to the policy by the customer.”
