My friends Cadillac was towed compliments of those who protect and serve. While this created an issue financially the folks at Lanes towing eased the pain substantially. They were not only courteous and accommodating but extremely friendly. They worked with us on payment and time to get the car back. I can't say enough good about this company. Where others give the towing business a bad name, these folks remind us that there are still good people in the world who do business with integrity. If you find yourself in need of a tow company, you will not find better than these folks. Top notch company and people.

After calling AAA and being estimated over 1.5hrs for tow, we decided to spend a small fee for Lane to arrive within 15 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a tire blow out on us at 10:30PM on the interstate the day before Memorial Day. Geico roadside assistance was not able to find a provider for us, so we started calling around. Luckily, we were able to get in touch with Lane's Towing and he came out quickly to tow us to the Flying J where we could safely change our tire. We were heading back from vacation, so the blowout was not ideal, but we were immensely grateful for the quick and friendly help of Lane's Towing. Thank you again for your help!

Called to have my car towed to a nearby mechanics shop and I was giving Jim my details on where the car was at when he asked for the subdivision. I didn't know it off the top off my head so I told him one moment while I checked. It took no more than 10 seconds and when I found out I came back to the phone and he hung up on me. I called back immediately but he didn't even answer and left me on voice mail. What disrespect for customers I wasn't even able to use the service yet and already had a bad experience.
