Did not enjoy this experience. I’m already a nervous person with blood being drawn, mostly because of bad past experiences.
Had to leave this location and try to go to another one because the phlebotomist was not listening to what I knew about my body and where blood comes out easy for me. Turned a 15 minute thing into a 2 hour thing.

Customer service with Mrs/Miss Donna was very nice and helpful. She took my blood for my glucose test and she didn't even puncture my vein she knew what she was doing "a pro". I couldn't complain about anything else except the waiting room area where I had to wait for hours in, they should really upgrade their TV and guide service. I wish this place the best of luck.

Gina managed to suss out that I was about to faint from my blood draw without me even saying a word (mostly because I was also doing an H. Pylori test at the time & didn't want to invalidate the results by opening my mouth). Glad to have had her on my care team today! Easy to make appointment & check in on your phone.

Had a issue with my doctors office communicating with Labcorp at Harth Place. Kristen and Donna at this Labcorp totally went the extra mile to help me get it resolved. I am so grateful to these kind ladies.

Unfortunately, I arrived late for the blood draw appointment that I set online. There was a line at the kiosk. The person ahead of me was struggling, there may have been a language barrier. She abandoned the kiosk. So unbeknownst to me, the kiosk thought I was her. I tried twice to check in before I figured this out. The front desk finally asked if everyone was checked in okay. The abandoning patient said no; I advised that the kiosk thought I was the abandoning patient and could also not check in. There were three people behind me. So although this is not the front desk's fault, there should be a way and motivation to get people checked in and moving through the service. I ran out of time and had to go back to work without seeing the phlebotomist. Unintended consequence of automating everything!

I don’t care what other people say on these reviews. Gina was SO kind to me when she didn’t have to be. She helped me out during my day 21 progesterone test that HAD to be done that day. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. So gentle with drawing the blood. She was just so kind and had no idea what kind of impact that made on my day. Not a bad thing to say about this specific location. Keep Gina. Forever.

I went this morning at 945 to do my 3 hour glucose test after going straight from my OB, which she told me to do. I walked in and checked in at the kiosk and sat down and waited. A very nice phlebotomist came to get me and told the receptionist she was going to go ahead and get me started since I had to do the 3 hour test. The receptionist was SO rude to the phlebotomist and told her no she’s not and they don’t do that there and told the phlebotomist I was too late and going to have to come back another day at 8 am since they have a lunch break and I would cut into that. I can’t believe how the receptionist talked to both me and the phlebotomist. There was a much nicer way of communicating and I was just going based off what my dr told me to do.

Why the bad reviews??? I was so so about coming here but I had to get my labs done and my insurance covers it here at labcorp. I grudgingly made online appointment. Easy peazy. When I got there I checked my email follow the instructions and checked in online and chose to wait in my car... because of the bad reviews. Didn't want to deal with any mean people. Two minutes I get the text my technician was ready for me. I walked in and out in ten minutes. Gina was nice didn't hurt me drawing my blood. The staff was joking and very friendly. I told her she was the bomb.com and I was leaving a review of my experience. So I really think if you're kind they will kind. People like to be treated kindly. I treated them kindly and friendly. They in turn treated me the same. If they treated me like crap even when I'm trying to be kind then this would be a totally different review! The office wasn't anything to write about but I just came to get labs done and go home. Thanks Gina for a good experience.

Tryed to book reservation with the new Goose Creek location. No phone number found. Called the Summerville location. I spoke to a rude woman who told me to book it on the website. I do not have a working computer. I was in the process of asking her to book it when she hung up on me. When I redialed she had the call go to a recording. I will find a different company to deal with.
