Scums of the Earth. Don’t buy anything from these people, you’re just going to throw away good money.

My peace of mind for my peaceful friend. A friend of mine bought a car from this lot about two weeks ago. Michelle told her if anything major was found to be wrong with the vehicle to bring it back in and they would be able to work with her. She took it to a mechanic to have diagnostics run on the vehicle and it came back to have an engine oil leak, suspension problems, coolant tank leak, AND the odometer had been tampered with. The actual reading on the car was over 200,000 miles, but the car when she purchased it mysteriously lost ~60,000 miles. When she purchased the vehicle the odometer read roughly 149,000. When we brought this to the attention of the owner Glen, he told us that there was no possible way anyone could tamper with an odometer. Now I'm not saying that this place tampered with the odometer. I am going to spit back the BS you gave us when we brought this vehicle back. You claim that you bought this place from a person who was not reputable. Their practicings were bad. Knowing this, you should have had every car on that lot ran through diagnostics. The fact that you “didn't know†doesn't phase us, because the lot is in your name and therefore the car is your responsibility. You should (and probably did) know everything that has to do with those vehicles and worked adamantly to repair the “damages†that the “other owners†had done. When we brought this and the repairs which added up to well over 4 grand, the owner (Glen) looked at us and said She knew all of this when she purchased the vehicle. Sir, your vehicle was falsely advertised and therefore, she could not make an educated decision based on the “facts†that were laid in front of her before she purchased from you. We drove to another dealership (a more reputable one) and asked the service men in their shop if it was possible to change the odometer on a vehicle. They told us yes without hesitation. We called the manufacturing company (Volvo) to ask THEM if there was any way that their odometer could be manipulated for the brand of car she bought. They said yes.........please do your homework. If you are buying used, as is, without a warranty, spend the extra money to have a diagnostic test done on it so you don't end up with an over priced heap of junk that needs more money in repairs than what you paid for.

Went to look at a car I saw posted on FB it was already sold the day before. I was bummed but looked at another car instead. Took the car for a test drive and to Midas for them to inspect it. So much stuff came back wrong that the lady said she felt sorry for me and didn't even charge me for the inspection. Brought the paper back to the man to show him what Midas had said and he just said oh and walked away. The lady at Midas said that if they were comfortable selling a car in such bad shape that they were probably not a good place to buy from.

After being told the vehicles were all inspected and no known issues after their thorough inspection; we decided to believe them. Terrible mistake on our part, over a thousand dollars worth of repairs after only a few weeks of owning the vehicle.

I get that I bought a car as is and would have never have asked him to repair anything after the sale but he adamantly offered and made promises he had no intention of keeping on top of selling me a car that he knew had problems. I'd rather someone else avoid getting lied to and manipulated by his false caring and honesty. The guy puts on a good show and talks a lot of BS he has no intention of backing up. BUY YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE!

As I PM'ed with the owner about a Range Rover and negotiating the price . He finds out my 17yr old has cancer, he gives me his number to call . I call him he tells me how he lost his mom to cancer and we agree F cancer ... This man decides to not only drop the price but agrees to allowing me to get the SUV with 0 down and a payment plan . Due to other Angel's in my life I was able to pay for it in cash . So the owner then says if anything breaks u bring it to me and I'll get it fixed this way u can get your son to all appointments.. Mr Glenn u have a heart of Gold . thank u and god bless u sir ...

I'd rather someone else avoid getting lied to and manipulated by his false caring and honesty. The guy puts on a good show and talks a lot of BS he has no intention of backing up. BUY YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE! Here's what happened for those who really want to know. I purchased a car here by responding to a Facebook ad from Glenn Hines selling a car. When I arrived at the address and realized it was a dealership I was skeptical at first because they have terrible reviews. Glenn assured me he had recently purchased the dealership and was trying to turn it around from the other owners poor practices of selling bad cars. He assured me he thoroughly checks the cars and does necessary repairs before selling. Less than a week after taking the car home we had to take it for repair that cost $350 for something he should have noticed if he truly checked out the cars. When I went to pick up my tags he inquired about the car so I told him about the repair. He apologized and said if we had anymore problems he would stand by his car and fix it for us. Two days later we are having more problems so I called him. He said he would locate the part the next day, call me by lunch time and be able to fix it in no time. He told me to call him if I didn't hear from him by lunch time. I have called him three times and sent him multiple messages on Facebook with zero response at all.

Me and my wife went here with a pile of cash ready to buy a car, then the we we're immediately locked out, could not get a key to any car, and after knocking multiple times no one would anwser the door. Great customer service. Not to mention the majority of the cars appeared.to be stolen from LKQ. This actually happened to us, so cameras should show me knocking on the door.
