This agency needs to be CLOSED...they are never open, and when they are they give you misinformation IF you can get them on the phone. My policies were transferred there, NOT BY CHOICE. Their personal issues should not effect the business and their customers. They need a more mature team with a work ethic.I know I am only one customer, but they are in the process of losing my business.

In Oct 2021, my husband and I moved from CT to SC, so we were in the market for a new insurance agent. This agency is by far the best in the area and overall, hands down! Katelyn goes above and beyond for her clients, making sure they are taken care of all around and ensures that they are protected. DO NOT EVER USE THIS AGENT. They are extremely unprofessional. They have messed up my payments for the past 6 months and over charged me three different payments. When it is incorrect they can’t give explanation just say “pay it or you are uninsured.” I have paid a total of 400$ over and then they cancelled my policy with no notification stating I hadn’t paid despite being on autopay and paying all of their extra bills they kept pulling out.
