“Yesterday I booked a appointment at this store because I was having an issue with my phone messaging. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel was able to solve the problem. We started talking and he told me about a great promotion that Samsung was having. He answered all of my questions and even wrote it all down for me. There was no pressure, just great information! I came home and thought about it and ended up going back today to take advantage of the promotion. I even brought my daughter who was considering switching from Android to iphone. Again, they answered all our questions and spent a great deal of time with us. We walked out of the store feeling pretty good about our decisions and our purchases. Daniel, Courtney and Joey were absolutely wonderful and provided EXCELLENT customer service. It's so nice to know there are still businesses out there that remember how to treat their customers. What a great experience this has been!”

“Have had to leave some bad reviews this week for other companies mainly restaurants. Tonight lightning struck I called spectrum they told me to come into the store and get a new modem within walking into the store, I had a new modem in under 30 seconds and in under a minute I was able to change some of my subscriptions, that is what I call customer service”
