I liked my tax person last year she was super sweet. I doubt this is her fault. The year before I got a new girl and she kept all my legal w2s and my dead mothers w2s.. she got fired. So now they are gone. I thankfully had pics on my phone of my old w2s so I was able to do those. But they didn’t get processed right. So now none of my stuff has gone thru. I owe the irs money which I never have before. I have to go out of my way to contact the irs after paying these people like 600$ to file my taxes .. that didn’t even process. I’m so confused. Like I said it’s not the lady’s fault that did them last year at all. But the lady that got fired and kept all my paperwork I’m not even sure how to go about that. Why did I pay all this money to them and nothing went through ?? Is there a corporate number I can call? I didn’t do it online because I had some complicated stuff and also had to file for my mom that was killed and they kept her paperwork and it’s gone and didn’t put it in. So now I’ll never get that back. I feel like I should be atleast paid back for what I paid since my taxes didn’t even process. I would like a corporate number. Also I’m not going to use any names because like I said it’s not the lady’s fault from last year. I’m sure it’s just the system. But the lady from the year before who got fired and kept all my papers and now they are gone, there has to be something done about that. She also tried to bribe me with her cashapp

HR Block office has simpler way of filing taxes, but 3x price compared to online filing

Got taxes done this morning and was in an out quick Peggy harbert explained everything to me and was very professional wish I could put a 10 star on her service because she deserves it would highly recommend this facility every staff member was friendly and professional hard to find theses days people that want to help and know what they are doing and friendly will use Peggy harbert again next year especially for my business taxes
